Aure, Villa with pool and air conditioning!

THE HOUSE

The bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with a double bed, AIR CONDITIONING, and a wardrobe.
- Another double bedroom with single beds, wardrobes, and AIR CONDITIONING.

The kitchen:
- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker (screw type), blender (hand blender), toaster, cooking utensils, and tableware. (Includes paella pan)
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.

The living room:
- The living room is equipped with a 42" TV, WiFi (throughout the house), a 4-seat "Chaise Longue" sofa, a dining table for 4, and an outdoor terrace facing the backyard garden.
- You will also have a decorative fireplace; it cannot be used.

The pool:
- Large pool with sun lounger area where you can relax and sunbathe without leaving home.
- It is MANDATORY for minors to swim under adult supervision.


THE AREA

CAP D'ARTRUTX
- It's a very quiet and pleasant place with a Lighthouse that serves as a restaurant and viewpoint; its strong point is the breathtaking sunset views. Don't miss them!

SON XORIGUER BEACH
- Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking, it's an area for water sports (diving, sailing boats, windsurfing, speedboats), restaurants with sea views... Highly recommended!!
- If you prefer leisurely activities, from this beach, you can access the most beautiful beaches like Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta... via "Camí de Cavalls," a rural path. Check the distances to be covered.

EL LAGO Marina
- Located 100m away, it's an area where you can rent boat excursions, either in groups or on your own with boats that don't require a nautical license.
- The marina area has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... in short, all the necessary services for an unforgettable vacation.

Perfect location

The villa is perfectly located a 2 minute walk from the harbour in a quiet cul de sac Very clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was excellent and resolved a couple of issues the same day.

Hi Anthony, I'm sorry that you didn't like the decoration, as the retro style of the house can be perfectly appreciated in the photos. It is one of the points that people usually appreciate the most, as they explore the photos before booking. The strongest points of the reviews in general are that we have climalit windows, which favour the cooling of the house, air conditioning, mattresses in good condition, it is spacious, it is well equipped... plus we are always attentive to your needs. That is why all the ratings are usually high. I am very sorry that you have rated against the other opinions, but I understand that we all have our own opinion and I fully accept your opinion. The villa was very clean and well-equipped for cooking, BBQ etc. Beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of options for seating outside the villa - 3 tables in different locations. There are 2 small supermarkets very close to the villa, and many bars, restaurants and other shops at the marina just a short walk away. Highly recommended location, about 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest beach/cove. The villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac so reasonably quiet, although there were a lot of cars turning around outside the villa and people use the road for beach/marina parking. The pool and garden are fenced off so this isn't a big problem. The owners met us on arrival, gave us a tour of the property and recommended local beaches that we could reach with hire car.
