Great location on the sea front less than 5 minutes walk to the Marina.The pool was great, really big and warm. The property was a little dated in places and we did struggle a bit without aircon, however it was good value for the price we paid. The master bedroom was lovely with a really comfortable bed and 2 windows to open and let the air flow through at night.

Very nice house on a quiet street with a beautiful view on the sea! The house is older but you have everything you need and the swimming pool is big. Only a small remark is that the bathrooms are due to renovation. The sink and faucets are dated, but everything was cleaned well. Gabriella is also super friendly and always open to help if needed! We liked our holiday in Cala en Bosch very much, would highly recommend!

A great place to stay, sharing a few helpful tips from our visit.Beach is about 8 to 10-minute walk via the footbridge, while the harbour restaurants are only 6 to 8 minutes away, offering plenty of good dining options. Several nearby supermarkets, including one close to footbridge with a bakery. If you have a car, Diskont is around 10 to 15 minutes away on the road to Ciutadella.Fantastic seafront location with a lovely breeze that keeps it comfortable. During mid-August, AC would have been welcome, but opening the windows helped.The main bedroom has balcony access, good storage, and an effective ceiling fan. The middle twin room has storage and a weaker fan, while the rear double room has a good fan and storage.Both bathrooms are clean and functional, slightly dated, each with shower, toilet, sink & storage. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, plenty of cookware, pool-safe plastic cups, and a Nespresso machine. The cooker works well, some control markings have worn off. The outdoor dining area is excellent and was where we enjoyed every meal while overlooking the pool and sea. The lounge is comfortable with seating for six and a ceiling fan. The pool is a great size, deep enough for swimming, with plenty of room for inflatables and a shallow bench area for relaxing. The upstairs balcony offers beautiful sea views and a refreshing breeze. Overall, the location is outstanding, very enjoyable, and Gabriel was a helpful host throughout our stay.

Excellent position, quiet, but close to the harbour and beach. The villa was very clean but a few bits are probably due a replacement… such as the bathroom taps… washing line. Had everything we needed though and was glad of starter essentials such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, salt and sweetener. Host was lovely and on hand if we’d have needed anything at all.

Perfect place on the sea

Everything was good. House perfect and Nice . Specialiy Nice temperature swimmingpool in begin mai and the looks over sea. Nearbij restaurants maken it perfect. Less : One towel for a week pp is to little. No chance

Great location

Mostly good, however, could have done with a folder of information regarding tv, alarm, oven, recycling etc. Think we were the first let of the season so property was quite chilly initially and there was only one fan heater which didn't work. Internet wasn't working when we arrived but this was dealt with very promptly by Gabriella.

La Joya

What a wonderful 10 days we had in this lovely villa. Very spacious and comfortable and the uninterrupted view of the sea was incredible. The roof terrace was an unexpected bonus and it was lovely to sit up there and watch the stars (with a wine or two!). The pool was worth the world in the almost 30 degree heat and we used it every day. The villa was well situated being just a short stroll to the marina or in the other direction the d’artutx lighthouse. The kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the cooking facilities on a number of occasions , including the barbecue (another unexpected bonus). We would highly recommend La Joya and would happily return in the future.

August week away

We had an amazing time here. The property is exactly as described and photographed, but it doesn’t show quite how beautiful the view over the bay is with boats travelling back and forth. A few Minutes walk along the coast you are in the marina with ships restaurants and bars. Another couple of minutes your on the beach. Walk the other way for 5 minutes and your at the lighthouse with amazing sunset views and drinks. Pool is great, the kids had to be dragged out of it. Parking outside on a quiet road. Great hosts, who had a small issues resolved instantly and came round to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended, just amazing location, I could have sat and looked at the view all day.

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und eine 1 mit Sternchen, alles andere ist ausreichend. Die Betten sind gut und der Wasserdruck perfekt. Morgens auf dem Balkon am Schlafzimmer den ersten Kaffee mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine und sonst ist von Allem das Nötigste da. Das Haus hat sein Alter und das merkt man überall. Es könnte einiges erneuert und renoviert werden. Gabriela und ihr Mann sind sofort da und kümmern sich. Unser Sohn fand sein Kopfkissen toll und Gabriela hat es ihm geschenkt. Ich würde gerne wieder kommen :-)

Todo ha sido excelente, la casa es más bonita de lo que se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario y en buen estado. La ubicación para moverse por la isla es muy cómoda y la zona cercana también está muy bien para pasear. La comunicación y el trato con la propietaria ha sido muy agradable. Sin dudas volveriamos a esta casa!

Location fantastica

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Durante la notte il sussurro del mare ti culla. Poi la mattina poter fare colazione con vista piscina e mare non ha prezzo!Una casa con tutti i comfort.

Casa acogedora, zona tranquila y por otro lado tienes todos los servicios cerca (supermercado,farmacia, restaurantes, puerto deportivo, playas...) La piscina es un punto a favor ya que nos tocaron días de mucho calor. Volveremos
