It has wonderful outside space with a generous sized pool (8m by 5m) as well as an outdoor dining area and brick barbecue. It is the perfect property for both families and couples alike. The restaurants, shops and bars of the stunning town of Pollenca are only a 5 minute drive away and the beaches of Purto Pollenca, with their shallow shelving perfect for families, is 15 minutes away by car. Ca'n Tortet is a 55 minute drive from Palma airport.
