Rustic house located in the beautiful and protected place called Vall den March de Pollensa, this house of rustic style and newly built has incredible views of the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana that have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in the category of Cultural Landscape. The house is located a few kilometers from the beautiful historic town of Pollensa, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Formentor.
The northwest area of Mallorca is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful island regions, a world away from the most populated tourist centers. The owner has been very careful to use only the best quality materials to maintain a high level. The house has two floors and a total constructed area of 304 square meters (plus terraces) and consists of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity for 8 people. The private land in which the house is located is about 37,205 square meters

The general style is clearly rustic, the spaces are large, cozy and flooded with natural light. Built with authentic honey-colored local stone with windows and doors framed by traditional shutters, with exposed wooden beams and white interior walls.
Built on two floors, the ground floor of the house consists of a lobby, a large and bright open lounge and a dining room with three sets of doors that lead directly to a covered terrace where an outdoor table can accommodate a wonderful meal outdoors. Relaxing sofas and a satellite TV (restricted to ASTRA satellite) and DVD player. Bedroom number 1 has air conditioning and a double bed (1.80 x 1.90m bed) with en suite bathroom and an additional family bathroom. This bedroom located on the ground floor has direct access to the terrace and garden.
The traditional style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a large countertop space and has everything you need: cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machines (Italian , American), a kettle, a blender and all the essential utensils for cooking. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and an iron with ironing board.
The upper floor of the house has a surface of 140 square meters and 3 bedrooms with air conditioning are in this leve. consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom number 2 is a twin (two beds of 1x2 meters) with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom number 3 is a twin (two beds of 1x2 meters) with a bathroom en suite and bedroom number 4 is a a twin, too (two beds of 1x2 meters). Bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to a large upper terrace from which to enjoy the magnificent views of the landscape and mountains, as well as the pool area.
PROVIDED AIR CONDITIONING IN THE FOUR BEDROOMS (COLD & HEAT), ONLY.
When you go out to the gardens with lawn, you will find the fabulous private pool of 50 square meters, with eight sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a relaxing day ..

A few years ago I have inherited this property from my family and as I always liked this area of "Vall den March", where this house is located, I decided to built a typical Mallorcan stone house, where to enjoy moments of relaxation admiring the amazing views of the landscape and the mountains.
The north of Majorca has a great variety of offer and so much to discover, some of Majorca's best beaches are there as well as excellent food restaurants.
Here you will find the perfect place to enjoying the island itself, and sports like hiking and cycling or a perfect day on the beach.
This summer will be the first time this villa is available to let and I hope that the guests who decide to visit us will be very happy spending their holidays in this beautiful area of Pollença.
