pas de chauffage ! et bien moins reluisant que sur les photos

3 jours pour réparer le chauffage sur un séjour de 4 jours... Les photos sont belles, la réalité un peu moins : l'appartement est clairement à raffraichir et très bruyant (on entend distinctement les voisins, et, pas de chance, ils ne sont pas discrets. Literie très correcte. pour le reste, il va falloir songer à la peinture aux meubles franchement très abimés ! A RENOVER ...

Good location.

Good location. Close to the Metro. Good coffee shops and bakeries. Best Coffee shop was Three Marks on Mark Ave around the corner from the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and Stay Unique provides wonderful linens and nice large bath towels. The apartment is dated, it could use a good coat of paint and the tile in the shower needs a good scrubbing. The bathroom faucets need attention. There is one large bedroom with plenty of storage, the other 2 bedrooms are very small but do have pretty good storage. The kitchen is small with a nice new refrigerator, good dishwasher and is well stocked with glasses and dishes etc.. we never cooked in the kitchen, but we would bring in takeout once in a while. The elevator works great, the apartment is on the second floor so we would use the stairs most of the time but when moving your luggage in and out we appreciated having the elevator. We always felt safe and secure in the apartment and the residents that live there were very nice.

We loved our stay at this cute 3 bedroom walking distance from all of the sights of Barcelona, and it helped to have air conditioning during our week there in August.

Mooi appartement op een goede locatie

Modern en smaakvol ingericht appartement dichtbij de metro en de belangrijkste 'must sees'. Heel goed verzorgd: er was afwasmiddel, doekjes, olie, zout, peper, afwasblokjes, etc. hotelsetjes voor iedereen en zelfs slippers. Heerlijke bedden en kussens. Wel gehorig.
