Stay FAR AWAY from this place

Was not comfortable staying here so we only stayed 1 night. 1. 7th floor and only 2 people allowed in the elevator at a time. 2. Overpowering air freshener smell that lingers throughout. 3. Sewer smell from bathroom which explains overpowering air freshener. 4. Traffic noise is unbearable. 5. 1 Bathroom too small for even 3 people. 6. No where to hang wet towels to dry. 7. Lacking seating. 1 small love seat and 4 dining room chairs. 8. Safe was not working. 9. Blood on the floor next to the toilet. Left after 1 night. Management 1st admitted sewer smell and lack of bathroom amenities. Then they denied they knew. Then they blamed it on the cleaning crew.Refused to refund at least last night and basically said “ too bad about the issues. Thanks for letting us know so we can correct the issues in the future”. Horrible people to deal with. I will contact my credit card company and get both nights refunded.

Ottima posizione, vista spettacolare sulla Sagrada familia, facilità di spostamento avendo la metro a 2 minuti, moltissimi locali per mangiare sotto casa, essendo al 7 piano non si sente nulla in strada, ascensore grande ,ci stavamo in 4 più passeggino aperto,Pulita, fornita di tutto, (compreso shampoo, balsamo ecc) la consiglierei senza dubbio .
