Beautiful Villa with pool and private garden, located in La Torre Golf Resort, Costa Calida de Murcia. More than 300 days of sunshine a year. It has everything you are looking for. <br>Play golf, tennis or paddle, enjoy the pool or just relax in a wonderful environment. Visit Roman ruins, go hiking or go shopping. Visit beautiful beaches or visit vineyards. Enjoy nature to the fullest by discovering waterfalls and natural pools.<br>This is what your stay will be like. Pets are welcome.<br><br>The villa is delicately decorated in pastel tones, and there is an air of peace and tranquility, all the details to make your stay perfect.<br>Decorated with reclaimed antique furniture that I have painted myself. <br>It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), separate living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, porch and terrace.<br>All rooms have AC and heating. <br>5G Wi-Fi (ideal teleworking), more than 100 TV channels in all languages. Private semi-covered parking.<br><br>Terrace on the ground floor and also on the second floor to enjoy the sun. <br>The pool measures 9 x2 metres. And it is made of Italian travertine stone.<br>Located in a wonderful environment, in a gated resort, with all the security, and many services. You will find restaurants, pubs, supermarket, hairdresser, ATMs. Even in the summer there is a fantastic market where you can buy handicrafts and local products. You have a small town just 5 minutes away, with more gastronomy and shopping options. The Mar Menor is only 15 minutes from the resort. You also have fabulous beaches in the Mediterranean only 30 minutes away.<br>The villa is located close to the cosmopolitan Capital Murcia and Cartagena (with all its history).<br><br>The resort has an 18-hole golf course (Jack Niklaus), 16 swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle tennis, restaurants and bars; supermarket and hairdresser. <br>You don't need to leave the Resort, it is isolated enough for your peace of mind. <br>Pets are welcome as they are part of our family. <br>The location is special, as it is halfway to Murcia Capital and Cartagena, with thousands of walks and options to enjoy an incredible holiday. Just 30 minutes from these historic cities. <br>Alicante airport is a 1 hour and a half journey away. There is also the new Murcia airport just 15 minutes away. <br>The province of Murcia has beautiful beaches and mountains for hiking. <br>It also has a wine-producing area. <br>VV.MU.2796-1

Lovely comfortable villa with huge roof terrace

Really charming property- loved the 2 bathrooms, outside terrace and roof terrace. Everything you needed was ther and the host was very responsive

La Torre 2022

The accommodation was perfect and very clean and the pool, although not very large, was more than adequate and was a godsend. The immaculately trimmed gardens and trees that line every street are very picturesque. The property owner provided us with lots of information which made the check-in process and our stay stress-free. During our stay I had a few occasions where I wanted to contact the property owner and, each time, she responded straight away. The location was very good but, in hindsight, I would have hired a car. The local shops were only a 15 minute walk away but carrying heavy shopping home in the heat was not enjoyable. We visited Los Alcazares once (via taxi) and had a lovely meal in El Patio (would definitely recommend this restaurant). The area has many bars and restaurants and, once again, we would have visited there more frequently if we'd had a car. The €80 return taxi journey put us off doing it more than once. The bars and restaurants on the resort were disappointing (mostly closed) but, post-COVID, this is understandable. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed amazing weather. I would definitely recommend La Torre Golf resort for a relaxing holiday. As I mentioned, in future I will hire a car so we can get out and visit some of the local areas such as Murcia city and Cartagena.

Sehr schönes Objekt, wundervoller Aufenthalt…

Schönes kleines Häuschen, Alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Küche ist ein gut, aber etwas minimalistisch ausgestattet. Super sauber! Ruhig und schön gelegen! Nahe zum Strand und nahe zu Ausflugszielen wie Cartagena und Murcia….Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette villa, bien équipée, confortable. La gérante est très sympathique, serviable et réactive. Elle a même spécialement acheté un lit bébé pour nous. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa. Le coin est super, tout est calme, la mer est pas loin et il y a toute les commodités autour.

Buen sitio para descansar

Bonita villa con piscina privada en resort. Muy bien cuidada y decorada con mucho gusto. Camas comodas, entorno tranquilo, seguro y bien ubicado, cerca de playas y lugares de interes (Cartagena, cabo de Palos). Maria Jose muy atenta en todo momento solucionando cualquier necesidad que tuvieramos.
