This comfortable and stylish townhouse is in the heart of golf and wine country and provides the perfect year round getaway for anyone that wants to relax in Northern MI. You are minutes from the best Northern Michigan beaches, bike paths, hiking, wineries, dunes, and golf courses - Manitou Passage Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and The Old Course at Sugar Loaf.
This is the perfect location for wine lovers! The Leelanau Peninsula wineries are an experience and treat! There are 19 wineries in the area that will welcome you with warm hospitality. Visit for more information.

This townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - king suite, queen suite and loft with full size bed. Close to wineries, bike trails, hiking trails, casinos, and within a 20 mile radius to Leelanau County's charming small towns of Glen Arbor, Leland, Sutton's Bay and 30 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Our townhouse, next to the former Sugar Loaf ski resort, is located next to two public golf courses - The Old Course and Manitou Passage.
The spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed, LCD TV, closet and dresser. The Private Master Bath offers full size shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, open closet and dresser to make your stay more comfortable. This bedroom also offers a private bathroom, and full size Shower/tub. The third bedroom is located at the top of the spiral staircase in the loft with a full size bed and operable sunroof. The third bedroom also has a full size bathroom with shower and tub located off the kitchen. Linens and towels provided.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, oven/electric range, microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen has cherry cabinets with beautiful granite countertops and a wine chiller. The deck off the kitchen has a gas grill and some outdoor chairs to enjoy your coffee outside. Air conditioning available in kitchen area.
The spacious family room has cathedral ceilings and is decorated with a full size leather couch and chairs, an LCD TV, cable, DVD, a beautiful natural wood burning fireplace, ceiling fan, and a closet full of cards and board games.

Outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs on property and a community backyard. Washing machine and dryer available in unit. WiFi available.
Pets Not Allowed. No Smoking.

We are excited to open up our home to you. This area has a natural charm and every time we visit with family and friends, we leave relaxed and renewed. It is a great area for kayaking, biking, climbing the sand dunes and visiting wineries.
We love visiting the small towns in Leelanau County for their beauty, unique restaurants, charming stores, and friendly feel. No trip is complete without taking in the local beauty. Avid cyclists will love the interior roads with challenging hills and good pavement. The bike trail for the less adventurous cyclist near Glen Arbor lead you all the way to Sleeping Bear Dunes in Empire. The winter months are just as enjoyable. Days spent outside snowshoeing and cross country skiing end with a blazing fire in the beautiful fireplace and a glass of wine or favorite local brew.
