The space:
The fabulous kitchen breakfast room is a sociable space at the back of the house and is flooded with light with french doors opening out on to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The well presented large sitting room has a log burner, large Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and plenty of games to enjoy.
There are 3 attractive and generous sized bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have a king size bed, twin beds and full size bunk beds. There is a shower room downstairs too.
There is an additional downstairs snug that is ideal as a quiet space or for children to hang out in with a Smart TV/ DVD and table football. It is separate from the main living room.
Outside:
Sunny enclosed garden with table and chairs ideal for outside dining. The garden overlooks fields behind. You can access this directly from the kitchen and breakfast room via 2 sets of french doors.
The garden is part lawn and part gravel.

The Area:
Great Bircham is an attractive village located 15 minutes from Brancaster beach and Burnham Market. The Houghton Hall and Sandringham estates which are both open to the public are on the doorstep. Great Bircham has a lovely pub serving good food, village shop and cafe as well as beautiful Bircham Windmill. Visitors can look around the mill, climb to the top of mill tower, enjoy the tea room, see all kinds of animals and take home some fresh baked cake and bread. Cycle hire is also available.
Being around 15 miles from King’s Lynn and 10 miles from Hunstanton, Great Bircham is ideally situated for exploring West Norfolk with many fine attractions on the doorstep. It is also well located for enjoying the outstanding birdwatching sites around this part of the beautiful coast.
During Peak times, minimum stay is usually 7 days with check-in on Fridays. Please ask if you have specific dates in mind.
