Simple and basic apartment located just a few minutes' walk from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.



Maximum capacity for 4 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



Apartment on a first floor without a lift with a balcony.



Living room and dining room, TV and direct access to the balcony (overlooking the back of the community. Not facing the swimming pool).

Kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, fridge and oven.



The main bedroom has 1 double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm). One bathroom with shower.



It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large swimming pool and spacious garden area. Ideal for families with children.



Exterior parking for a car included in the price.



Free Wi-Fi.



No pets are allowed.



No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Lovely location, however apartment could use some TLC

Positives: central location with close proximity to restaurants and shops. The apartment pool area was great, huge pool. Balcony got the sun from mid morn to eve. Negatives: check in was in lla franc so a 15 min walk, door handles were faulty, toilet didn't flush easily, leaky boiler.

Appartement au très bon rapport qualité-prix

Appartement au très bon rapport qualité-prix. À 10 minutes du cœur de Calella de Palafugell. De belles marches le long du littoral vers de magnifiques plages, autant à Calella de Palafrugell qu'à Llafranc. La piscine de la résidence est très bien. Une machine à laver le linge commune est disponible dans un petit local (cette machine ne nécessite pas de lessive et un lavage coûte 7 euros, à payer en pièces).
