Large apartment for 4 persons on a property with other three similar units. It is the complete first floor of one of the two villas.
Big terrace,, two full bedrooms, fully equipped open kitchen, two bathrooms and very big living and dining room.

The Casas Buendia are situated 100 meters from two beautiful sand-beaches of the Costa Brava: Platja del Racó, which is many kilometres long and Platja de l'Illa Roja, a smaller romantic beach surrounded by impressive rocks. Built on a gentle slope of the mountainous coastal line of Begur. It is in a select and quiet residential area offering beautiful views and landscapes as you decide to discover the surrounding area. 12 meters long swimming pool. Nearby attractions include: 3 golf courses, snorkelling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, cultural centres, museums, medieval towns, cycling, walking, night life.
The apartment adverted here has 150 square meters , plus a big terrace with magnificent sea view, access to swimming pool and sauna (in total shared by 4 apartments) in a select and quiet residential area.
You can take right here walks along the breathtaking scenery, along coves and promontories, restaurants, shopping and beaches.
Changeover preferred on Friday.

Owner was on holiday when we arrived but he communicated well by phone before and during the arrival process and after we had left.The apartment was very spacious with a large balcony which had beautiful views. It was within a short walk of a large beach and some restaurants.A little further in the opposite direction was another smaller quieter beach - also walkable.Very convenient parking.The bays and surrounding areas were stunning.The apartment was well equipped with washing machine downstairs and dishwasher etc in the flat.However, strangely, there were no wine glasses and only a couple of mugs and some fittings needed attention.The pool was and beautiful to swim in.

Costa Brava at its best

The description on Vrbo is quite accurate: a generous space, well lit and ventilated with many large windows. The view from the living room and terrace is gorgeous indeed, you can admire the blue sea over pine tree canopies. Proximity to beaches and restaurants, the neighborhood... overall, the location is worth six stars. The owners, who live in an adjacent property, are very friendly and welcoming, ready to give you great suggestions on places to visit, eating out and so on. There's no air conditioning, but we didn't feel the need for it. Even though some furnishings could use a bit of refurbishment, everything is clean and works; there was nothing to detract from the overall experience. The week passed too quickly, we had a great time!

Tolle Anlage mit Meerblick

Ruhige Lage, großzügige Gartenanlage mit Pool. Herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon. Fünf Gehminuten zu zwei tollen Badestränden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige lage, nette Vermieter

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sehr groß (wir waren 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder) und der Ausblick von der Terasse auf's Meer war ein Traum. Der Pool wurde von uns auch sehr gerne genutzt (abends mit Beleuchtung). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und dadurch, dass sie sehr gut Deutsch sprachen, konnten wir nach herzenslust unsere Fragen zur Umgebung etc. stellen :) Auf diesem Weg auch noch einen herzlichen Gruß an die beiden! Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit und auf dem hinweg geht es auch schön bergab, zurück ist es darum auch etwas anstrengend, aber machbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful appartement on a beautiful spot

Everything was as expected. Except maybe for the beds. I spoke about that with owner Adrian. I am sure he took notice of that. We had a very good vacation!
