We were a couple staying in the apartment during low season in March, and we had a great time from start to finish. The convenient check-in/check-out, the location, and the apartment itself made the experience very enjoyable. The apartment is in a quiet area but still very close to a grocery store, the beach, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed having a big terrace all to ourselves, and the modern apartment had everything we needed.

Das Apartment war ein Traum. Den Weg zum Apartment war etwas schwierig, da es etwas kompliziert aufgebaut ist. Dennoch was das Apartment von der Lage sowie von der Sicht auf das Meer atemberaubende. Es war Sauber, hochwertig ausgestattetIch und sehr nah gelegen am Strand + Hafen. Man konnte den Hafen sowie den Strand perfekt zu Fuß erreichen. Es waren zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars vorhanden und für unsere Shopping Gäste gab es natürlich die Luxusstraße zum einkaufen mit zahlreichen Designer wie Saint Lauren, Versace, Gucci, Dior, Hermés, etc. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment sehr und werde in Zukunft bei jedem Aufenthalt in Marbella, dass Apartment in Erwägung ziehen!

Fantastic apartment with 360 degree views of sunny roof top balcony only issue would be no shade on roof top but that can be found in the gardens of the complex and given few apartments in playa del duque have the sun all day for me the sunny terrace is what would sell the apartment for me . Used the agency on a number of occasions all their properties are high end in terms of rental apartments and it is clear they only accept properties of a certain standard. Thoroughly professional and easy to deal with easy check in and out . Dealt with many agencies in Banus over the last 30 years but this agency and the properties they offer is by way and far the best I have dealt with
