Located close to the Basilica Notre-Dame and Marc Chagall Museum, this one-bedroom apartment is the perfect base to visit the best of Nice without depending on a car.

The apartment itself is brand-new and comes with a cosy terrace, where you can dine alfresco. Internally, the apartment features bright and air-conditioned interiors, where you can relax after a full day outdoors. The living room of the apartment is a tastefully decorated area and features direct terrace access, a sofa bed, seating chairs, coffee table and flat-screen TV. Meanwhile, a modern kitchen-diner with all essential utilities is also at your disposal to enjoy a hassle-free holiday with loved ones.

An induction hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and fridge are available for use.

Getting keys and returning keys to real estate office which had no parking complicated our departure. Parking garage was secure, seemed safe. WIFI worked well. However, One roll of toilet paper for 9 days, Broken broom. (I repaired it to be usable) Broken toaster, requested replacement. Told it was good enough. No response to my question as to why they would not replace this clearly damaged toaster. Terrible customer service.

Ok with some caveats

Great location for my needs; near grocery store, pharmacy, tram. Walked to my classes. Very clean upon arrival. We liked the terrace. Disappointing: no dishwashing liquid, little soap & shampoo (for a 16 day stay as mine). Only 1 replacement trash bag; 1 small dish towel, no kitchen food items at all except salt. My usual experience with VRBO is that owners and/or previous guests leave some non-perishables for the next guests which I gladly replace; not so in this unit. No instructions provided for washer, no kitchen sink stopper. A bathroom light was burned out and never replaced upon request. If it weren’t for the fact that this unit was walkable distance to all the above with a free garage (I took out of town day/weekend trips for hikes), I would have stayed elsewhere.

Apartamento luminoso, confortable, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El parking se encuentra en el mismo edificio. El check in durante el fin de semana se realizó conforme instrucciones recibidas al móvil. Retiramos las llaves en un buzón que da a la calle con código en la inmobiliaria, para luego dirigirnos al apartamento. Todo acorde a la información detallada
