A small but cozy place — very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is a true highlight, absolutely lovely. Just a few minutes to the beach and the store. The host is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I’ll definitely come back again!The only thing I missed was a coffee maker — even a simple one would’ve been great

Surf holiday in June

We had a great stay in the apartment. Everything was as shown online. The rooftop view is absolutely amazing. João is so friendly and helpful and is always around or replies immediately. We will come back!

Les pieds dans le sable

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la maison de timotheo, un agréable séjour. La maison est a 2 min à pieds de très belles plages (pour tous les goûts : belles vagues pour les surfeurs ou calmes et surveillées pour les enfants), le toit terrasse est appréciable avec la très belle vue sur mer. Un très bel accueil nous a été réservé très bonne communication. Merci.

Nice apartment with a rooftop view

Nice place, clean and very well located between the two beaches of Baleal. The owner is super friendly and available. The rooftop terrace view is amazing. Good location near every restaurant and grocery stores.

Die kleine Wohnung ist perfekt für ein oder zwei Personen: gut ausgestattete Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich, gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Zwei Surfspots sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt, von der Dachterrasse kann man schon vorab die Lage checken. Joa, der die Wohnungen betreut, ist sehr, sehr nett, super easy in der Kommunikation und immer ansprechbar. 120% empfehlenswert!

Très agréable terrasse d'où l'on peut voir tous les surfeurs en action. Très bon accueil de Joao à qui l'on a loué le surf et qui nous a permis de changer de support au cours de la semaine ce qui a été très appréciable.

Die Apartments sind sehr gut gelegen. Von der Dachterrasse aus kann man direkt zwei Surfspots sehen. Joao war super freundlich und hilfreich. Preis-Leistung passt!

location impeccable, petit déjeuner en regardant le swell depuis l'appartement, accés direct et à pied au spot (50 m !!!), déjeuner sur la terrasse, toujours en regardant l'océan, Joao le responsable vraiment super sympa, serviable et disponible, location de matos sur place ou à péniche surf, pas cher, restauration bon marché, nous n'avons eu qu'un regret....devoir partir! vivement la prochaine...

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand

Die Angaben zu der Wohnung waren alle korrekt. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt am Strand, ist sauber und die zugehörige Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und beantworten alle Anfragen sofort. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
