Fabulous bright new apartment in the Old Town

Be among the first to stay in a lovely, colorful and bright and fully air-conditioned apartment decorated with many individual touches, equipped with a modern kitchen, a dining area, living room with sofa-bed and flat-screen LED TV and two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

The entrance opens up a large space with the living room and dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with new modern appliances.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size double bed, while the larger bedroom 2 has two individual beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space with built-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.

Guests arrive from a lively square in a very pleasant part of the old town, which provides extra safety at night. Once inside the building, an elevator takes you to the 4th floor.

Families and bohemians alike will love the square outside with terraces in the shade and a modern playground for kids of all ages.

The apartment is well-designed, comforable, spacious and well-furnished. We found the central Malaga location to be very conveninent for everything we wanted to do during our visit. The downside of this however was that we experienced some disturbance from street noise - especially at the weekend - that the typical single-glazed spanish windows did little to block. Overall a very acceptable apartment / stay.

Philipp was excellent at communicating. The apartment is in a great location and well equipped. I do wish there was another couch or some additional furniture in the living room for more than 2 people to be able to sit comfortably and relax at the same time. Other than that, the place was fantastic!

We absolutely loved staying the this apartment. It was super clean and well appointed and also very quite and extremely walkable to all the sites in Malaga Centro. We will definitely be back next tome we're in Malaga.

Great location in the old town, Perfect for a few days of touring the city and enjoying all the great restaurants. Apartment is clean and recently updated and communication with owner was great Would stay here again

Property is in a good location - in a non- touristy part of town but very close to all the sites you would want to visit. There are lots of excellent bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.The square it is located in is very safe, it looks a bit run down at first glance but is fine. The square has a couple of bars with outside seating which are nice to visit, fairly quiet but can have some residual noise in the early hours.The flat is well maintained, excellent for two couples sharing as it has two en suites.Big kitchen and living room, no noise from other flats.Host was very accommodating.

A little gem in the heart of the city

The booking process, communication and the apartment itself were all excellent. Although we had a delayed flight and arrived very late, Philipp was in constant communication and made sure somebody was available to greet us with the key.You couldn't wish for anything more with the apartment itself. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, modern and lots of storage. The bathrooms were equally great. The large window in the main room gives a wonderful view of both the city and the mountains beyond. This is right in the heart of the old town, so shops, cafes, restaurants etc are within a few minutes walk. We always say that you can tell when you rent a property from an owner who cares and there is no doubt that this is a well cared for property; it has a great vibe. I would highly recommend and we will stay again the next time we visit Malaga.

Fantastic apartment close to everything

Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and given a tour of the apartment. It was exactly as advertised with ample room for our group of 4 adults to stay for 28 days. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was compact and very functional with a nice sized dining table and sitting area with a TV. Both bedrooms had very pleasant décor, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for belongings. Each had a full bathroom attached. Any questions that arose were promptly answered by our host. A grocery store was less than 5 minutes walk away, and the market (a must see) with fresh fish, meat and produce was only 12 minutes walk away. It should be noted that there are several restaurants and a playground in the square outside the apartment, and at times there was some noise but this is to be expected in Malaga Centro. If you are looking for peace and serenity, look elsewhere, but if you are looking for a perfect location to enjoy the museums, restaurants, shops and people (local and visitors), then this apartment is it.

Center of attention

The apartment was exactly has pictured on VRBO. Nicely decorated and located in the center of town; everything in short walk distance. It would have been nice to have a pamphlet(sheet of paper) with recommended attractions and restaurants. The address was not correct on VRBO, so time was wasted trying to find apartment but I informed host and he said he would make correction. Just beware, apartment is next to playground and bar (noisy).
