Located between the Dordogne and the Gironde vineyards, this beautiful stone holiday home in the heart of a wine estate certified in organic farming is ideal for discovering the region. It has a large (3000m2) and pretty garden with flowers and trees with terrace and deckchairs. View of the surrounding countryside. Guaranteed tranquility.

Hiking, bike rides, wine routes, markets, discovery of the villages and sites of Périgord, you have a lot to do here. The closest restaurants and shops are located 10 minutes from the property, as is the train station (Bordeaux/Périgueux line. Bergerac is a 45-minute drive, Saint Emilion 35 minutes and Bordeaux 1 hour. Supervised swimming at the Lac de Gurson leisure center (Blue Flag) 10 minutes away. Possibility of discovery walks in the estate's vineyards with the winemaker.

Inside, the accommodation is fully and comfortably equipped, kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Household and bed linen provided. A fireplace is available for a good fire when the season is right.
