Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Die Lage ist aufgrund unebener Treppen nicht so günstig. Eine Behinderung für ältere Menschen, die nicht mehr so mobil sind wie wir. Für die Autos war ein Parkplatz vorhanden, allerdings nicht, wie wir vermutet hatten, direkt an der Wohnung. Der reservierte Parkplatz ist 250 Meter entfernt. Was in Ihrer Beschreibung auch nicht erwähnt wird, ist, dass der private Badeplatz am See 5 Euro pro Person und Tag kostet.

Déception de notre séjour

point positif : appartement spacieux, confortable et très belle vue. Point négatif : le bruit de la circulation et du chien du proprietaire. l'utilisation du solarium est payante et cela n'est pas mentionnée dans l'annonce. Il y a beaucoup de frais supplémentaires : les draps sont très chers, la climatisation est obligatoire à cause du bruit et l'accès au lac se fait par le solarium donc payant. En plus, il faut à chaque fois prévenir le proprietaire quand nous y allons et quand nous repartons et à combien de personnes. C'est assez désagréable de faire ça pendant les vacances.

Genauigkeit des Inserates

Leider konnten wir nicht mehr Sterne geben, da das Inserat von den Tatsachen abweicht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war atemberaubend, was vieles wieder wett machte. Die Verkehrsberuhigte Straße ist genau 2 Autolängen….hinterm Haus fängt der Tunnel an und morgens ab 5Uhr fängt der Berufsverkehr an. 2 Straßen vorm Balkon ist die Bahn sehr deutlich zu hören. Leider bemängeln wir auch die Treppen die so nicht bebildert oder beschrieben waren. Es sind 30 Stufen an der Zahl was mit Gepäck eine schöne Strapaze war. Der Parkplatz ist leider nicht mit wenigen Schritten zu bewältigen, sondern ca. 400m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter auch kein Vergnügen. Der Hund der Bewohner der Anlage war auch für uns störend, da er ständig bellte. Zuvorkommend dürfen wir erwähnen, das die Vermieter eine gute Regelung für unsere E-Bikes gefunden hatten ,sonst hätte es schlecht ausgesehen. Wir würden uns keinesfalls für dieses Objekt wieder entscheiden.

Lieu et location impeccables. Seuls deux problèmes : 35 marches irrégulières à monter à l'extérieur et parking réservé situé à 300 m ! A déconseiller aux personnes agées !

Dit is een geweldig appartement wat mooi uitkijkt over het meer van Iseo . Het ligt in het dorpje Vello midden tussen de plaatselijke bevolking. De ontvangst was warm en we werden verwend met eigen gebakken cake. De eigenaars zijn erg aardig en je mag ze altijd contacten om iets te vragen. Het appartement was erg schoon en goed ingericht. Het enige wat ontbrak was een airco ( het was 35 graden). We hebben een mooie fietstocht rondom het meer gemaakt en dit lukt prima op gewone fietsen zonder ondersteuning. Een bezoek aan het eiland isola, dit eiland ligt in het meer, was ook zeker de moeite waard. De fiets kan mee op de boot en op het eiland zijn nog nostalgische plekjes om een lekkere kop cappuccino te drinken. Een boot huren om zelf het meer te bevaren is wat lastiger. Die moet je ruim van te voren bespreken maar dan heb je wel waar voor je geld. Wel fijn om op het meer te varen want het is heel rustig op het meer. We hebben een super week gehad in een prachtig appartement en mooie omgeving .

We werden in eerste instantie naar Marone zelf geleid maar later bleek dat het Vello moest zijn een wijk van Marone. Dat kan duidelijker aangegeven worden. De accommodatie ligt erg mooi, de omgeving is werkelijk prachtig.

Vriendelijke ontvangst met uitgebreide rondleiding, tips over de omgeving en zelfgebakken taartje. Appartement is erg schoon, wel compact. Keuken karig ingericht. Neem zelf een waterkoker mee en filter als je van Nederlandse koffie houdt. Appartement heeft geen airconditioning, dat was een welkome aanvulling geweest. Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon. Parkeren is wel lastig.

Mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht over het Lago d'Íseo. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is zeer ruim voor 4 personen, Het enige wat we misten was Wifi. Het ontvangst was erg hartelijk. In de omgeving voldoende mogelijkheden om boodschappen te doen. Verse broodjes zijn beschikbaar in de supermarkt in het volgende dorpje (Marone, op 2km afstand). In de omgeving van het meer zijn genoeg mogelijkheden om je te vermaken. Enige nadeel is dat het kerkje in het dorpje overdag, vanaf 7 uur 's ochtends, elk half uur slaat.
