Farmhouse in Tuscany with Panoramic Pool

This cosy and pleasant farmhouse is located on the bright hills of Castiglion Fiorentino, amidst woods, vineyards and olive groves. There are a total of three flats overlooking the large garden.

The décor is classic Tuscan, with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings.

Each flat has a private terrace for relaxing in peace and quiet. There is a pizza oven and barbecue for guests' use. Ask the owner to teach you how to use the wood-fired oven to make pizza!

Breakfast and dinner can be served on request. The owner of the house cooks very well, so if you get the chance, don't miss out on a Tuscan farmhouse dinner. Fresh produce is used.

The swimming pool with a panoramic view is behind the flats, so it's very quiet in the garden. It also includes a solarium with sun loungers, parasols and a shower. Part of the garden has games for children. In the surroundings you can go for walks or bike rides.

The farm cultivates typical plants and shrubs using organic methods and produces and sells wine, olive oil and vin santo, and if you wish, you can buy a small olive tree to take home!

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Zeer gastvrij ontvangst en ook gedurende het verblijf kun je voor elke vraag aankloppen en wordt je snel verder geholpen. Prima verblijf; fijne keuken, goede badkamers (waarvan er 1 relatief klein is) en prima slaapkamers met veel bergruimte en goed bedden. Zwembad is ook prima, ook om te delen met andere gasten. Advies: zorg voor een kleine gids in de woning zodat de gasten snel kunnen vinden waar de eerste voorzieningen zoals brandweer/ziekenauto, maar ook kleine supermarkt die om de hoek bleek te zitten en mogelijke aanbeveling van restaurants.

Fantastisch huis. Goed gelegen ten opzichte van de zon. Fijn terras aan huis. Gedeelde tuin is mooi en zo ingericht dat je geen last hebt van de twee andere huisjes. Zwembad is 50 meter lopen, mooi groot en van ondiep (ongeveer 1 mtr) tot diep (ongeveer 2,5 mtr). WiFi is redelijk. Twee persoons matrassen op de bedden die redelijk hard zijn. Bereikbaarheid is uitstekend. Carport aanwezig voor 4 auto’s. Winkels en restaurants op 5 km afstand.

Een erg fijn schoon huis met omheinde tuin, waar wij een heerlijke vakantie hebben gehad met onze 3 jonge kinderen. Het huis is niet overdreven luxe maar het enige wat wij miste was een waterkoker en een broodrooster. Ook het zwembad was erg fijn en schoon. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en houden zich verder op de achtergrond.

Sympathieke Agriturismo. Simpel maar goed uitgerust huisje met heerlijke veranda, prachtige parkachtige tuin, mooie grilvoorziening buiten, uitstekende overdekte parking en erg fijn, ruim zwembad. Goede ondersteuning van Laura en haar familie. Omgeving rustig, met veel werk op t land: echt ‘agri’. Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo en Cortona vlakbij. Fijne plek voor wie van rust houdt. Uitstekend voor gezinnen.

Werden vriendelijk ontvangen met een uitgebreide toelichting en rondleiding met de mogelijkheden op de locatie. Fiene goed onderhouden en geheel omheinde tuin waardoor er ook voor ouders met jonge kinderen een veilig gevoel is. Het zwembad is buiten de tuin gesitueerd waardoor de kleinere kinderen hier niet zelf bij kunnen komen. Top
