Parking is available nearby, making arrival and departure a breeze, and there are also two charging stations on the property.

- We would like to mention that the property is still expanding as new phases are being built, which occasionally causes work traffic on the property.
- You must bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen linen.
- For everyone's safety and comfort, pets, smoking and candles are not allowed.
- For the sake of peace and quiet, this property is not rented to groups of young people.
- You must sort your rubbish properly on departure, empty all bins and leave rubbish in the designated area.
- Organising student parties, stag/hen parties or drinking parties in this house is prohibited.
- This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings made on behalf of companies will be cancelled and any cancellation fees will be charged.

A security deposit of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
