Luxury Beach House with Spa

Holiday cottage with a whirlpool located near one of the best beaches in Europe. Decorated with modern furnishings. The evening can be enjoyed in the bright, tasteful living room in front of the wood-burning stove, or you can relax either in the whirlpool or sauna. Kitchen is well equipped, bright and modern. There is a wooden terrace around the house, a part of it is covered. No letting to youth and builder groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Die gute Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen, / Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Fürs ausladen der Dachbox auf dem Auto ist sogar eine Leiter vorhanden, / Auch dass man sämtliche Terrassen mit kleinen Zäunen Hunde beziehungsweise Kinder sicher machen kann hat uns sehr gefallen, / Auch die ruhige Lage des Hauses war top! / Man merkt, dass der Besitzer des Hauses an einer stetigen Modernisierung interessiert ist, / Als wir im Ferienhaus ankamen stellten wir fest dass ein Großteil der Möbel erneuert worden, welche auf dem Katalog Fotos noch gar nicht zu sehen fahren, / Es gab ein neues Sofa, einen neuen Fernseher, und noch weitere kleine Möbel die erneuert worden sind, / Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt dieses Hauses sind die drei Terrassen mit einer super Gartenmöbelausstattung, / So dass man der Sonne den ganzen Tag folgen!
