6 person holiday home in Tarm-By Traum

Charming cottage located by Skaven harbor only approx. 600 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord. The house is undisturbed in relation to neighbors, and the plot backs up to a field area. The cottage was renovated in 2021, and appears very well maintained. There is a large entrance hall and three rooms. One of the rooms has a pull-out bed and an extra TV, where a PlayStation 3 is connected, so that it can also be used as a playroom. The large kitchen and living room will be the natural gathering place during the holiday. Here there is plenty of space for relaxation and coziness, and there is access to the large wooden terrace, where the sun orientation is absolutely perfect. Outside the house there is a swing set and a large lawn, which is ideal for ball games and play. The house now has a closed fence, making it ideal for tenants with dogs. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
