We all had a fantastic time staying at the property. A group of 12 friends.
Location was really great, with good access to trains and buses and well located between Poole & Bournemouth. Although the road was a little busy there was ample parking nearby.
Very clean and tidy. Good sized communal area. Fully stoked amenities.
Excellent communication with Katie.
Really couldn’t have asked for more!
Thanks Katie!
The property met our expectations, was fairly clean and had all the equipments like lots of plates and pans and dishes, big fridge space, dishwasher and Washing machine and TV in all rooms. The linens were good. All toilets had washing liquid. Few things could have been better. The plates and cups were mostly dirty. While I understand that they were probably washed my the renters but we had to rewash them all. There was only one dishwater tablet left. And this is just a suggestion if check out time was around noon. It's so difficult with kids to leave the house clean and early. Anyway, we had great time!!

Hi Kabita
Thank you so much for your positive, thorough and detailed feedback which is extremely useful in helping us to improve future guest experience.
I’m so pleased that you generally loved the house facilities and the great appliances and services that are available.
We’ve topped up the dishwasher tablets (just a miss from the cleaners so I have asked them to add it to their checklist).
I will also get the kitchen deep cleaned, including a full hand wash of all the crockery and a cupboard clean out. This is always given some attention at the end of the summer break and again in February while the market is quieter. We do try to fit this in during the summer break but it sometimes slides due to juggling a higher volume of guests, so I sincerely apologise that you have found the crockery less than perfect when you arrived.
We are pleased that aside from a few minor suggestions, the house was a fantastic venue to spend time with your family, and to make some fantastic memories that you can cherish. We hope that you will come to stay with us again in the future.
Thank you so much for choosing to stay in this house for your family holiday.
Best wishes, Katie @ Ocean Breaks
About the host
Hosted by Katie Victoria Fisher
I'm based in Dorset and I've been a host for almost a decade. I really love to help groups of people, just like me and my family / friends, have a memorable time together. I truly believe in living our best life and if I can contribute to that in some small way for others, then that makes me very happy.
Why they chose this property
I grew up in Dorset and had this fabulous coast available to me every day - I didn't appreciate the true beauty and value of it until I went travelling at 30 years old.
I think I opened my eyes to the beauty of our world for the first time in this travelling phase of my life. When it was coming to an end, I spent some time thinking about where I wanted to live in the UK, and I realised that I wanted to live in Dorset again because it is honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.
Poole Harbour, the Jurassic coastline, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge, Swanage, Wareham, Corfe Castle, Christchurch, The New Forest and many more places are truly stunning places to visit, learn from and enjoy.
There are a huge amount of sports and activities available here, and so many options for having a fabulous time with the people that I love.
What makes this property unique
This house is a really spacious and homely place inside. So many people say that they love it when they come to stay. It's got lots of traditional features and Victorian charm. The light and airy rooms are large and are mostly family rooms. The second floor rooms are the same size as the first floor rooms so everyone is happy.
