Welcome to our newly renovated family home. Located in North Vancouver's Lynn Valley community we are walking distance to the magnificent Lynn Canyon Park and Suspension Bridge. All amenities nearby, including close access to transit, 20min commute to downtown Vancouver. Take in all Vancouver has to offer - trails, water/boating, biking, ski/snowboard, shopping, dinning and more.
3 Bed 2 Bathrooms on the upper floor. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. 2 additional rooms with beds that can work as a twin of pull out to a king size. Large covered private deck with fenced and kids trampoline. House has a separate tenanted suite on the lower level.

Homey home

We were all very happy with our stay here. The pictures were accurate, great neighborhood, easy to find, easy check in process, and the extras in kitchen and bathroom were just what we needed and forgot, like tea and shampoo. Loved the homey decor and touches everywhere. Having two duvets on our bed was different, and the bed was firm. Otherwise great place, would book again, when we go back. Thanks

Very nice space

The home has a great deal of space, and the covered deck is a bonus hang out area. It's well covered so you can sit outside even in the rain. The bathrooms have tons of space for you to put your personal belongings. The one negative is that you can hear the baby and small child from the lower level through the vents and floors as if they are in the space you are staying in. If you have small children this will probably not bother you, but if you are looking to sleep in it will definitely be an issue. We were woken up several times a night on multiple nights of our stay, and bright and early each morning.

Kid friendly

This accomodation was bright and clean, as depicted in listing. We really enjoyed the deck very much and my 3yo son totally fell in love with the place. There were many good quality toys that kept him occupied while we all recovered from jet lag. The entire home was very tastefully decorated, we enjoyed the details and also the fresh flowers prepared for us. We cooked a lot, kitchen was well equipped. And the Lynn canyon park was just a walk away! Thank you Mackenzie and family for having us and for being so prompt with our enquiries.

Outdoor Living Space Amazing!

Loved this rental. The entire place is completely renovated and very modern. The best part is the deck which extends the living space complete with sofa sectional and table with chairs. The mattresses in the 2 additional bedrooms were a bit hard but otherwise wonderful!

Great location , great for families.

We very much enjoyed our stay . It's a lovely space, with everything you could need provided. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and we never seemed to get under each other's feet. The deck is a great place to relax after a day out in Stanley Park. Mackenzie was friendly and easy to reach. We would definitely return if we were to visit North Vancouver again.

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay with 4 little kids who had enough space to run around on the deck or in the garden - especially the trampoline was loved by them! The deck was also perfect for having a wine in the evening when kids were sleeping:-) The appartment was clean and we loved the modern touch. Shops and parks are nearby and we even walked to the lynn valley creek park which has a (smaller) suspension bridge and is just beautiful! We highly recommend Mackenzie's appartment!

We had a great experience staying at this property! We loved that it was located in a quiet neighborhood and was very close to everything that we needed. We rented a car for our stay and it was so easy to run down the street for meals, coffee, the grocery store, the drug store, etc. We also appreciated that it was located so close to the Lynn Canyon suspension bridge and hiking trails. The rental has modern amenities and all the basics that you would need. The owners were easy to contact and very responsive. My kids also loved that there was a trampoline in the yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Family of 4 (at times 5) loved our 5 night Chistmas stay! Wonderfully spacious & clean house in a quiet spot. Close to walks/suspension bridge etc. Easy access to area by car...bus stop closeby though we didn't use it. House has all you need for family stay! Great kitted out kitchen...I love to cook! House is warm, tastefully renovated, with comfy beds, new appliances & has many thoughtful extra touches! We even had a gorgeous Christmas tree decorated for us! Mackenzie is the perfect host & so easy to contact! Highly recommend this home!! Loved it!! Thanks for sharing...Olsen family!!
