Nowadays, the windmill has been entirely renovated and "accommodates" the Amaya Windmill Villa, featuring all the contemporary facilities to ensure a relaxing and seamless stay for its guests. The Windmill Villa extends into 45m2 and features two levels. The ground level consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances, a sitting area and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to upper level onto the bedroom area. On the outdoor spacious terrace, comfortable sunbeds and a Cave Style private Hot tub complete the scene.
Amaya Windmill Villa is located near the entrance of Oia as well as the Amaya Harmony Villa and the Amaya Serenity Villa with a Private Pool.
