About this property

Escape to the country to Osbornes Cottage holiday house! Set in your own Devonian paradise of 2 acres, near Exeter and major travel links. The cottage is large and spacious with two bedrooms - one with king bed the second with a double bed and two singles. All modern conveniences, microwave, cooker, washing machine, Wi Fi, tv, stereo, coffee machine. Includes desking with seating area and patio heater for colder nights, fire pit, lawns, large parking area.

Set in 2 acres of drive, garden and paddock with a shallow stream running through. We have a11m X 5m heated outdoor pool available for guest use.

Exeter Uni trip

Fabulous place to stay for proximity to Exeter City. Very clean and comfortable. Would have no hesitation recommending the cottage.

Amazing mini holiday

The property was perfect for us. Clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool and the open space available to walk. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Exeter centre wasn’t far and all the touristy hotspots within 30 min drive

We had a lovely 3 days at the house. The owners were perfect hosts, welcoming, helpful and obliging. The house had every thing you could need and I am sure if it was missing something, they would be happy to accommodate!

Home from home in lovely grounds.

The property is clean, comfortable and with every attention to detail. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, going the extra mile to make us feel at home. The children loved the lovely gardens.
