About this property
Beautiful riverside Grade II listed cottage in South Devon
Bridge Cottage is a Grade II listed, 19th century toll house set in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, nestled along its own private stretch of the River Avon. Renovated to a high standard, with a unique characterful interior, the cottage is within easy reach by car of Dartmoor, beaches, and the market town of Totnes. The property boasts a large established garden ideal for relaxing by the river and al fresco dining.
We’re next to a main road which, while great for getting around, can be busy. And, due to its rural location, Bridge Cottage is better suited to those with cars.

About the host
Hosted by Denise Coates

My husband and I love the South Hams, in fact we were married not too far from Avonwick, in Hope Cove. Bridge Cottage is an amazing place, and we feel privileged to look after it. When we’re not using the cottage, we make it available for others to enjoy, and we hope you love it as much as we do. We stay in London while Bridge Cottage is in use but have a local contact on hand in case of emergencies.
