Beautiful family friendly cottage with huge garden positioned just outside Dartmouth
Mary and Graham were wonderful hosts, and we'd highly recommend this cottage to couples and families. Its perfectly situated to explore South Devon and the Torbay coast.
The cottage is delightful and in a very good location. Everything is well planned and the cottage is very comfortable, warm and easy to stay in. It was a really lovely place to stay.
Although the weather was not good, the property is excellent and the hosts Mary and Graham are so welcoming. An excellent few days in a beautiful part of the country, which helped us recharge our batteries.
We had a lovely peaceful stay in this beautiful cottage. It is thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The location was perfect for exploring further afield or simply soaking up the sun with a good book.
The stay at the well equipped and very clean cottage was great. Mary and Graham are wonderful hosts and our dog loved the garden as much as we did. We are looking forward to staying there any time again.
We had a wonderful time at the barn, a cozy, clean and fully equipped cottage surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden. We felt warmly welcomed by the lovely and always helpful landlords. Its a good starting point for different activities like hinikg on the south west coast path, going on a boat trip in Dartmouth, visting the lost gardens of Heligan or relaxing at the beach of Beesands (which is dogfriendly). We totally recommend!
The cottage was excellent, everything you could ever need while on holiday. Beautifully decorated and the most amazing gardens. A lovely patio for sitting and enjoying the garden and wildlife. Fantastic walks and wonderful views.
Perfect cottage. There was nothing we needed that you didn’t have. It was lovely to come back to after a day exploring the wonderful area. We will stay again,
Lovely property in a fantasic garden. Location was great and very peaceful and the owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Our small dog loved the garden and the many walking routes and bridleways.
We had a great time staying at Mary & Graham's cottage. The accommodation was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the very large garden and surrounding areas. In fact this was the best holiday break we have had for many years. We loved it !!
lovely stay with in a very picturesque cottage. we had a great holiday in an area that is so picturesque and beautiful. This is a cottage that is tailormade for relaxation.
Thank you Mary and Graham
We had a lovely stay at Mannings Farm, and Hosts Mary and Graeme where delightful. Kids and the hound loved the large garden and the jungle gym was a hit too.
Lovely cottage and huge dog friendly gardens. Great base for walking, we walked from the cottage to Dittisham and got the ferry to Greenway then continued to Kingswear to get ferry to Dartmouth. Only suggested changes we'd make would be blackout curtains as outside lights shone through, and tea and coffee to be provided, everything else was great.

Warm welcome from friendly hosts. Well located cottage for travel to Dartmouth, beaches and other tourist attractions. The cottage itself is clean, tidy, well furnished and provides the basic necessities for a relaxing vacation. The secluded private garden is a pleasure to sit in and just chill. All in all we had a pleasureable experience.
