Villa Elle nasce come residenza di famiglia estiva, e così desideriamo che continui ad essere. Un luogo per famiglie numerose, o per più famiglie, dove sentirsi a casa all'Isola d'Elba.
Nel piano superiore 3 camere, 2 bagni, 1 ampia cucina ed un grande soggiorno perfetto per passare del tempo in famiglia. La casa dispone anche di parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà, due verande esterne, barbecue e un grande giardino privato di 4000 metri. Da aprile 2023, sarà disponibile anche una fantastica piscina all'esterno 15x5 metri.

Das Ferienhaus schön aber nicht alleine.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und neu renoviert. Sauber war es auch, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. Alles vorhanden. Als wir das Haus mieten, fehlte aber in der Beschreibung, dass im unteren Teil des Hauses ein Appartement gesondert vermietet wurde. Da wir mit Hund gereist sind und ein Haus mit umzäunten Grundstück für uns alleine haben wollten, war das ein großer Minuspunkt. Ansonsten sehr großer Garten und eine sehr zuvorkommend Vermieterin.
