The location is ideal, in the countryside but on the shore with direct and private access to the sea. Very quiet, tasteful furnishings, simple and well-kept.

Immersed in a vast and luxuriant property on the coast of the Gulf of Seccione, the house consists of a double bedroom plus a single bedroom with an additional bed.

There is a living-dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Outside a terrace with panoramic views, dining area and living dehors, and dedicated parking.

A large swimming pool for guests completes the nobility of the situation.
