The location is ideal, in the countryside but on the shore with direct and private access to the sea. Very quiet, tasteful furnishings, simple and well-kept.

Urlaub Seccione

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft, traumhaftes Anwesen mit Meerblick und schönem Pool. Das Kinderzimmer hat jedoch nur ein ausziehbares Bett gehabt und das Wohnzimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Terrasse war schön aber für diesen Preis fand ich Klappstühle unangemessen. Die Waschmaschine und der trocken Raum waren jedoch super und wurden täglich genutzt.

Charming and relaxing special place

Gianna, Cosimo and especially Sebastiano have been very welcoming, helpful and caring before and during our stay. We loved the place, being close to Portoferraio and in nature at the same time. The house is simple and fully functional. We enjoyed the walking access to a very nice beach (clear waters and not too crowded), and the big swimming pool (salty water from the sea). At night we enjoyed taking pictures of the clear and dark sky, while listening to the sea waves. There is a road higher above the house, but it was finally not disturbing at all, even if I am sensitive to noise: we barely hear the cars, and the motorbike trafic drastically reduces in the evening. I would definitely recommend the place. The price is more than reasonable for such a remarkable spot.

Séjour Ile d'Elbe

Villa bien placée à moins de 5 minutes du Portoferraio, Grande piscine bien équipée en chaises longue et douche. Accès à la plage en moins de 10 minutes par un chemin privé. Villa bien équipée et fonctionnelle avec deux terrasses dont une avec vue mer.

Very relaxing stay in a charming mediterranean shrine

We spent one whole week smelling the pinetrees flavor, overlooking the sea, spending our time at the nice pool and stunning beach nearby. Simple life with basically all that you need. Elba island is a mixture of hills and seaside (sandy or rocky) with a special charming atmosphere, easily accessible city's commodities, and where we felt really good. Definitely an excellent choice :)

Soggiorno nella macchia mediterranea vista mare

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura come punto di partenza per le spiagge dell'isola d'Elba, meta che frequentavamo per la prima volta. La struttura è splendida, tranquilla, con una vista bellissima a due passi dal mare. Bellissima la piscina e la possibilità di accedere al mare senza dover prendere l'auto. La casa aveva tutto il necessario per godere la vacanza e ricaricarsi per il ritorno al lavoro.La consigliamo!

Unsere Einschätzung

Die Küche war leider nur ein schmaler Schlauch. Es gibt keine Arbeitsfläche und es ist absolut unpraktisch. Für 4 Erwachsene Personen ist das Haus eher nicht geeignet. Die Schlafcouch mit zwei unterschiedlichen Höhen war sehr kurz und eher für Kinder geeignet.. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Die Anlage und der Swimming-Pool haben uns gut gefallen.

Fabelagtigt - mest for større børn

Fantastisk beliggenhed! Vildt flot udsigt. Skøn og smuk pool og en strand, vi ville ønske at vi kunne tage med hjem. Huset var fint og smukt. Køkkenet lidt lille - men det gik. Der er stejle ujævne trapper til pool og strand og en fantastisk terrasse - hvor små børn dog let kan klatre over kanten til afgrunden. Vores 3-årige var tit under skarp bevogtning - så jeg vil anbefale at børn er lidt større og færdige med at kravle ud over ting / falde på trapper. Ellers - helt fantastisk!

Solo il rumore delle onde

Questa proprietà, immersa nel verde a picco sulla baia del Seccione, pur essendo ad un passo da Portoferraio, è l'ideale per chi cerca quiete e serenità. Le poche unità sono ben discoste le une dalle altre, fresche anche nelle giornate più calde, e circondate dal silenzio della natura. Un accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Prunini, ed una grande piscina d'acqua salata, consentono di godere il mare lontano dalla folla ad al caos dei turisti. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e sollecitudine, e con una grande attenzione al nostro desiderio di avere una vacanza tranquilla. La vista del mare ed il rumore delle onde sono stati i caratteri distintivi del nostro soggiorno.

Un luogo incantevole

Un'oasi di pace immersa nella macchia mediterranea. Tra i punti forti l'accesso diretto al mare e, con un breve sentiero, alla spiaggia di Prunini (molto bella). Dal terrazzino si può cenare con la vista del mare, mentre di notte allo spettacolo provvede il cielo stellato. La piscina di acqua di mare invoglia talvolta a non uscire dalla tenuta. La posizione della struttura, vicina a Portoferraio ma lontana dal caos, è ottimale per girare l'isola. Ci ha fatto molto piacere conoscere i proprietari, che ringraziamo per l'ospitalità, e siamo certi che torneremo a trovarli.

Ottima esperienza

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo splendido luogo. Relax e natura fanno da contorno alla nostra casetta, immersa nel verde e a due passi dal mare. Große gepflegte Anlage mit mehreren Appartements

Kurz zusammengefasst: - Schöne exponierte Lage eines einfach ausgestatteten Häuschens mit tollem Blick über die Küste - Kurzer Weg zum Strand (10 Min) - Schöner großer Salzwasserpool - Kurze Fahrstrecke nach Portoferraio - Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit für einen verfügbar und kümmern sich bei Fragen ********** - Wie bereits von anderen Gästen beschrieben, gibt es diverse freilaufende Hähne, welche den Tag gegen 04:30 beginnen. Da es sommerlich warm ist, hat man in der Nacht natürlich die Fenster geöffnet weil keine AC vorhanden, entsprechend früh ist die Nacht beendet. - Einige Meter über dem Haus verläuft die kurvige Landstraße, welche geräuschvoll den zukünftigen F1 und Moto-Nachwuchs auf ihren motorisierten Gefährten ankündigt. - Sämtliche Apartments können eine wunderschöne steinerne Aussichtsplattform direkt an den Klippen nutzen inkl. 4 Sonnenliegen. Allerdings ist diese räumliche sehr nah an den unteren Apartments, welche diese dann für sich genutzt haben (hätten wir wohl auch so gemacht). Der Pool ist auch nah bei den unteren Apartments.

Paradis un peu gâché

La propriété est magnifique en pleine nature, avec une vue plongeante sur la mer et la plage blanche. Seulement à 4 minutes de Portoferraio. L’appartement est confortable et la terrasse vraiment agréable. La cuisine est un peu petite et sans lave-vaisselle. Il manque aussi la climatisation, en Juin c’était à la limite, mais je pense qu’en août ça doit faire chaud. La piscine d’eau salée est grande et propre, elle est ouverte à toute heure. Le seul point vraiment négatif ce sont les coqs, il y en a 6 qui courent librement dans la propriété et chantent de 4:30 à 8:00 le matin, parfois même devant la fenêtre de la chambre. Comme nous avons réclamé la propriétaire nous a gentiment proposé de nous rembourser et de chercher une autre location, mais trouver quelque chose de bien le jour même en juin on a renoncé. Vraiment dommage, sans cela je metterait 5 étoiles et on retournerait volontier.

Wirklich sehr toll

Ein wirklich sehr toller erhohlsamer Urlaub. Großes tolles Gelände mit einem wunderbaren Pool, den wir meist für uns alleine hatten. Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Vacanza meravigliosa

C'è davvero poco da dire, riguardo questo posto splendido, se non sottolineare l'accoglienza calorosa e ma comunque molto discreta di Monica, sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. La pulizia della casa è impeccabile, così come la posizione straordinaria. Un soggiorno che spero di ripetere prima possibile.
