For a true boutique experience this 8-bedroom residence offers contemporary design and luxury and features six bedrooms within the house, as well as two independently accessed guest rooms.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan and sun flooded living and dining area. French doors open onto a shaded lounge terrace, with access to pool area. A fully-equipped kitchen offers also access to the outdoor terrace. On the same level, there is a guest bathroom and two bedrooms.

On the first floor, two other bedrooms await. The master bedroom has a 1.80m four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom with rain shower. The fourth bedroom is accessed via an external staircase.

On the lower ground floor are three bedrooms with twin/double beds and en-suite shower rooms and a bedroom with a double bed, small en-suite shower room and doors leading to pool area. Lastly, this level features the laundry room and another spacious room with gym equipment, table tennis and foosball table.
