Both bedrooms on the upper floor have sliding glass door access onto the upper terrace, which also have 270 degrees panoramic views over ocean, downtown and the mountain above Capistrano Village. The property is equipped with central heating/cooling system providing comfortable temperature for each room. High Speed Fiber Internet (300Mbit/s) access with both Wifi and LAN cable access, and TV with 100+ channels in various languages such as English, German, Spanish, Swedish etc.
On the terraces there is a spacious eating table fitting 6 people and also 2 sun loungers. A large and modern swimming pool is available for use in the community with sun loungers. (Closed Dec-March)
