We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this villa as a large family. Zoe was amazing throughout and communicated extremely well. The house is fantastic and very much traditional Italian which is exactly what we wanted. There is a lovely eating area with grapes hanging from the overhead structure and we had many wonderful meals there. If you want to be an Italian nonna for the week, this is the place. We went for a local wine tasting which was divine at Fattoria Uccelliera Fauglia and had an amazing array of meats and cheeses served with the wine. The pool is lovely and gated so good for children. We visit many villas and this was one of the best.

A great week with friends.

My family of 5 stayed with two other families and had a really great holiday (Kids ages ranged from 13-17). The villa was perfect for lying by the pool and playing pool games during the day, and having bbq’s for dinner and chatting in the beautiful outside patio area. We stayed in August during extremely high temperatures. Being from Ireland we did find it very hot at night, but we managed with the fans provided. The location in Tuscany was great to visit bigger cities and we explored the area with trips to Lucca, Pisa, nearby vineyards and the coast. You definitely need to drive everywhere as the nearest town was not overly picturesque and would be a long walk to get to from the villa. However, there were a few really lovely little villages with great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We loved La Fraschetta in Lorenzana. Zoe, the host was extremely welcoming and helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions.

Traumhaus in der Toskana

Der Urlaub bei Zoe war perfekt. Das Haus mit Garten ist einfach ein Traum. Das Grundstück ist zum Glück nicht ganz so riesig wie es auf den Bildern scheint - aber man hat sehr viel Platz, es ist gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Haus ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Und auch in den Betten haben alle gut geschlafen. Zoe war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der Check bei der Abreise war kurz und fair. Jederzeit wieder!!

Wir hatten eine grandiose Zeit :) Das Haus ist wunderschön. Pool und Essbereich im Freien absolut umwerfend Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit Zoe war sehr freundlich Wir können uns gut vorstellen dieses Haus nochmal zu buchen!!

Home away from home

Our group felt at home with this lovely place immediately. Lots of space, in the house itself and outside in the large garden, with a nice swimming pool and romantic terrace where we spend our evenings. The house is complete, we did not miss anything, there were even lots of toys for in the pool. Zoë is an excellent host and we were sad to leave, but confident to return here one day!

Lovely base for family gathering

This is a lovely traditional Tuscan farmhouse, really well presented and very well equipped. We spent a week and celebrated birthdays here. We had a wonderful time with brothers, sisters and cousins. Zoe was very helpful and friendly, accommodating every need. The weather was so hot we mainly just enjoyed the pool, walked up the hill for sunset and made use of the pizza oven and BBQ in the evenings. A wonderful holiday! Thank you!
