The villa sleeps 14 in total with 5 double bedrooms a bedroom with 2 bunk beds ideal for children and families. There are also 6 bathrooms all en-suite. This lovely villa is very well appointed throughout with 2 kitchens, outdoor terraces & BBQ. This is a beautiful home to base your stay and to visit & explore the French Riviera. The lovely villages of Valbonne and Mouans Sartoux are under 15 minutes drive away and you can be at the beach if Antibes or Cannes in under 30 minutes.

This property is a very special property close to Valbonne and Mouans Sartoux villages. It is in a residential quiet area and can accomodate up to 14 guests. It is provencal in style with 2 kitchens and a seperate guest studio for 2 guests. There are 2 garden terraces and a lovely upper dining terrace just close to the first kitchen on entrance level. There are enuite bathrooms for each bedroom and you are sure to have a comfortable stay in this villa with family or friends
