The property also has a second independent house, a 17th century bastide, of 60m2 arranged as follows: - On the ground floor: a living/dining room with sofa bed and dining table for 4 people, a separate fully equipped kitchen. - Upstairs a bedroom en suite with double bed, shower room, independent toilets. - It has its own independent terrace with its dining table with open views of the surrounding nature.
