The properties are situated on the outskirts of Pateley Bridge with views across the fantastic countryside and beyond. Alternatively, there is also a small patio at the front of the apartment with a bistro set to sit and have your morning coffee.

Eva Rose is a first floor apartment and you enter into the delightful open plan living area which has a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs along with a comfortable sitting area and dining table ideal for socialising. There is so much to see and do in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For cyclists the Pateley Bridge to Masham route and challenging Cote de Lofthouse climb featured as part of the 2017 Tour de Yorkshire and the 2019 World Cycling Championships are also nearby. Towns close by include Pateley Bridge which is a short drive away giving you quick access to shops, café’s, restaurants and pubs. The cathedral city of Ripon is 12 miles away and, further afield, the stylish spa town of Harrogate a 30-minute drive. Nearby National Trust attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal near Ripon and Brimham Rocks in Summerbridge.

Guests having own transport is essential, although there are walks from the doorstep the nearest shops for provisions are a little over 3 miles away and there is no public transport available at the moment.
