This unit was perfect for us. We were only wanting to have a couple of bedrooms and a livingroom. The location was most important as we had other family members staying in another rental on the same block. The host was super easy to get ahold of and the house itself was very clean. There is not a kitchen, which was fine with us, but worth mentioning. There is a coffee maker and a mini fridge. Coffee shops and restaurants are close by.

Overall our stay was good. House was clean inside. We spent our first evening in the backyard, and did find a few piles left by a dog that must have been there prior to our arrival. But aside from that it was overall a nice place to stay. Not to far from town.

We stayed two nights in the Vintner's Cottage and couldn't be happier. The cottage is located in a beautiful neighborhood of California bungalows and was close to everything we wanted to do. The house was spotlessly clean, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The towels were thick and plentiful. The hosts left a number of thoughtful touches including a bottle of wine, snacks, and nice toiletries.Check in and check out were easy peasy. I would recommend this property without reservation.

The cottage is perfect for a wine-down weekend. The location is ideal, seven minute walk to a good Mexican restaurant and coffee shops. Safe neighborhood.
