Very nice place! Had room for all 5 of us plus lots more! Definitely a good spot for kids had a lot of good things for them to occupy themselves! Great location close to everything in Pigeon Forge! I gave this review a 4 star due to the jetted bathtub in master bed room didn’t work due to the hott water heater not filling the bathtub up completely to use the jets in bathtub the water got cold quickly
We enjoyed the experiences & several activities in Pigeon Forge. Too many people in Gatlinburg! Our home away from home was very relaxing, everyone had something to do .
The property management team was amazing and very responsive! My kids didn’t at all mind the few times we came back to the house for a “break” because there was an entire game room and theatre room to occupy their time! We would definitely stay here again!
The house was just like the pictures. The only thing I didn’t like, I thought we had access to the creek behind the house from the backyard. We didn’t there were supposed to be another access port which we never found out and there was a fence behind the house that kept you from being able to go down the hill to the creek overall still a really nice day.
The chalet was in a great location with easy access to the parkway and close to all the main attractions. The chalet was roomy and had everything needed.
We had a great time and the house was beautiful. Our issues were pretty small, and the property management company was very communicative and willing to help, we just didn’t want maintenance there while we vacationed. Whirlpool needs fixing, TVs didn’t work in 3 of the rooms. The main issue was the drawers in the kitchen aren’t on runners, so two of us ended up getting hurt the last day with drawers that were heavy and fell out onto us. That, plus the kitchen cabinets were a wreck so I bought my own pots/pams at Walmart. Def needs organization.
Be careful of the traffic around the corner! This is a corner unit with a blind driveway due to the hedges and people were flying around the corner. The houses in this neighborhood are very close together and all seem to be rentals, so just lots of traffic and not a lot of outdoor space. Park-style grill grate but not a Weber or anything and def needs updating for cooking out, here. Close to parkway, beautiful scenery off the back. Mini golf is more for littles but game room was super fun! Overall a good weekend, just some amenities that need attention and updating.
This property was kind of a surprise when we arrived. From the photo of the river, I thought we would be more rural but we were in a small neighborhood pretty close to all the things. Kind of a positive in the long run because we have small kids who wanted to get to the "fun stuff" quickly, but was surprised to have such close neighbors. Pillows need updated-they are very flat, kitchen needs to be checked- we had a total of 5 spoons, but 15+ knives. Some cookware could be better organized and updated. The downstairs game room was nice for the kids - the air hockey table had some edges peeling and could use to be fixed. The cornhole boards were broken as well. It was a nice unit, but could use some deep cleaning. The master bedroom large tub needs redone - it does not drain well at all, looks like it was not cleaned although it could just be from age-either way it was not appealing. Overall, the unit fit our family of 5 well for 4 nights although it would have been better to not have the negatives noted above.
We really enjoyed staying at this house. The house was very clean and up to date. The kids REALLY ENJOYED have the big game room downstairs. The hot tub was very nice also. The view off the top deck was so beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.
This house is just as listed. There is so much to do within the house itself, especially as a family. The location was perfect. Tucked away but a few minutes from the main road. We will definitely stay here again!
This house suited our family perfectly. Everything was clean and comfortable. Property is close to all attractions. Little disappointed that you can't walk behind house and fish the river. That was the only problem.

Kitchen pots, pans, utensils are extremely old and disgusting. There were several roaches seen alive in the kitchen. The master bathroom has no hooks or bars to hang up towels. There was also tons of mold on the shower head, and in the tub and on the shower mat. It’s extremely hard to get in and out of the shower because of how wide and tall the tub is. The place wasn’t cleaned well at all. The porch overlooking the creek hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We would not stay here again.
Great stay. Lots of space. Loved it would def consider staying again.
The basket ball game was broken and the corn hold legs but there was still plenty to do. We loved it
This cabin has a great location just minutes from the parkway. It has 3 very spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The game room was amazing and saved our entire trip, as the weather was too cold and rainy for outdoor activities planned. It kept our 6 year old granddaughters entertained, as well as a 16 year old and the adults. We really enjoyed the cabin. The only reason I'm not giving 5* is our check in was a little late and the outdoor deck area around hot tub needed to be cleaned. We would definitely book this cabin again though!
The house was clean and we got to check in earlier than planned. Plenty of entertainment and games for days that the weather isn't the best. It's very close to the main drag but far enough where it's quiet.
We stayed at the property with our small youth group from church, 5 kids and 4 adults. It is in a great central location and the property had plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The layout is great for a group with most of the "loud" activities downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Good, check in is terrible. Had to submit my id and credit card 4 times and magically they weren’t receiving it.
We enjoyed the hassle free booking and check in process.
The location was perfect for us, quiet yet close to everything we needed or wanted to do. We will be staying here again.
