This beautiful apartment offers wonderful views over the Loughour Estuary and Gower peninsula and in the evening you can take your drink onto the balcony to watch the setting sun. The flat is only a few steps away from the beach and the Millennium coast path, which links this wonderful coastline from Llanelli Wetland Centre to the historic village of Kidwelly. You can rent bikes from the iconic Discovery centre just along the coast and feel the sea breeze as you meander along this wonderful path. Be sure to take a break in Burry Port and admire the famous lighthouse dating back to 1842, which has become part of the landscape and admired and photographed by so many. On the harbourside you can enjoy some home cooking in the café and take in the boats coming and going.
Bayview is a second floor executive apartment, finished to a really high standard, and the owner has lovingly created a great space to relax and get away from it all. Each bedroom has been elegantly furnished and offers a high level of comfort. The open plan galley style kitchen, dining area and living space offers a great space for dining and has been finished to an excellent standard with French doors leading to a balcony with far reaching sea views.
In walking distance is the Machynys Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus designed course, which also offers a spa and restaurant. The fabulous Pembrey beach of 9 miles of golden sand is a short drive, as well as the world famous beaches on the Gower. The coastal resort of Tenby is around a 50-minute drive and also offers the perfect day out with Folly Farm Zoo and Heatherton World of Adventure close by and great for all ages.
