With amazing views over the typical Algarvian cliffs and the ocean, Villa Miramar offers an oasis of peace just between Burgau and Salema in the south of the Algarve. Last year, the complete property was renovated and split up into three brand new private apartments. All spaces are comfortably and beautifully furnished to the highest standard with modern equipment.

This specific apartment offers a private two-bedroom accommodation. Both bedrooms have two single beds that can be pushed together. One has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet and the second bathroom is located near the other bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen and lounge area are connected to a large balcony that provides access to the terrace with private pool. You can relax here with your family and enjoy the breathtaking view over the ocean.

The apartment is all yours during your stay. You share the main entrance and the parking area.

## Neighborhood

Burgau and Salema are quiet fishing villages situated between Lagos and Sagres. Sheltered from the wind by the cliffs on a small cove is the lovely Praia do Burgau. It is an excellent base for a relaxing beach holiday or to explore the beautiful Western Algarve. It has some amazing restaurants and bars facing the sea, and there are several other beautiful beaches in the area to explore. So if your idea of the perfect holiday is to relax in the sun and swim in the sea, this village will provide everything your heart desires.

Three golf courses are within 15 minutes drive, as are many of the Algarve's best surfing beaches. Only 8 kilometres from the historic town of Lagos with its lively nightlife, bustling yacht marina and a huge variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. Other things to do in the area include surfing, fishing, diving, golf, tennis and hiking.

## Transit

You can reach Burgau in about one hour by car from Faro Airport, and car rental is available in the airport's parking lot. By train, it will take about 4 to 5 hours.

Public transport is available in the area but limited. A (rental) car is highly recommended.

Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
