Villa Azzurra is situated just 30 minutes from the noted location of Villasimius and about 20 minutes from Cagliari's old town.

The structure is on two levels and is surrounded on three sides by a garden of about 500sqm where there is a barbecue area and a swimming pool.

The ground floor consists of : a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with access from the master bedroom.

Fantastic property - pool is great and bigger than it looks, house is clean and comfortable with all the bits you need. We sat outside eating each evening and it was wonderful. Host was helpful, flexible and not at all intrusive despite living downstairs. One thing is to watch out for the add-ons (for a week we had 150 cleaning fee, 120 bedding fee and 45 air con fee), which are all listed and above board but worth knowing to all you to budget.

Check in war völlig unkompliziert und freundlich, die Ausstattung ist für 8 Personen mehr als ausreichend und qualitativ hochwertig. Alles ist sauber und stabil, wir zwei Familien haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Besonders hilfreich waren übrigens die Sonnenschirme und Stühle, die man an den Strand mitnehmen konnte. WLAN war auch vorhanden und wir alle konnten es problemlos nutzen.Der Kontakt zum Host war jederzeit möglich. Der Pool sieht auf den Fotos fast kleiner aus als er tatsächlich ist. Was man wissen muss: Das Meer, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind sehr nah, aber ohne Auto nur schwer erreichbar.

Bekommen was wir gebucht haben!

Von der Buchung bis zum Check out verlief alles reibungslos. Wir konnte sogar 3 Stunden vorab in die Unterkunft kostenlos ein checken, da unsere Flieger schon sehr früh auf Sardinien ankam. Das erfanden wir als ein super Service. Die komplette Kommunikation mit Melisa war außergewöhnlich gut. Egal welche Frage oder Probleme wir hatten, es wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert und die Probleme gelöst. Echt top 👍 Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zusehen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und super sauber. An der Ausstattung der Unterkunft fehlte uns es an nichts. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten paar Minuten entfernt sind. Als ganz kleine Kritik an der Unterkunft sind die vielen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die nachts leider auf jedes Geräusch reagiert und gebällt haben. 14Tage Villa Azzuro

Wir waren 14Tage im September in der Villa. Trotz Ankunft nach 01:00 war der Zugang dank Code kein Problem. Im Kühlschrank waren ein paar Getränke für den ersten Durst vorhanden. Auch gab es Kaffee für den ersten Tag. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung war umfangreich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings zu empfehlen.

Sardinienurlaub

Die Villa ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es wurde nichts beschönigt. Alles was für einen traumhaften Urlaub gebraucht wird, ist vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist, das der Fernseher kein deutsches Programm bietet,aber dafür sorgen die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft für Unterhaltung. Allesandro musste am Anreisetag lange auf uns warten,da Koffer und Mietwagen so seine Zeit gebraucht haben,aber er hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles relevante geduldig erklärt. Der Pool war sauber und ein Kescher zur Reinigung lag auch bereit. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub an den wir gern zurück denken werden.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Waren Anfang September 2022 dort und hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und fotografiert, sehr sauber, hat alles was man braucht. Alessandro war uns ein überaus aufmerksamer Vermieter und hat den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr einfach und angenehm gemacht. Besonders praktisch ist die Code-Schließanlage vom Haus, sodass man sich nie Sorgen machen muss wo man seinen Schlüssel deponiert geschweige denn dass man ihn vergessen kann :-) Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie online beschrieben. Tolle helle Einrichtung, toller Pool, schöne Terrasse. Bei Ankunft waren Gewürze, Marmelade, Milch, Kaffee und ein paar Getränke in der Küche für uns bereitgestellt. Unser Vermieter hat all unsere Wünsche sofort umgesetzt uns besorgt was noch fehlte, z.B. Weingläser :-) Wir hatten sehr erholsame zwei Wochen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus an schöner Lage

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 7 & 5 Jahre)verbrachten im Juli 2022 schöne 2 Wochen. Das Haus ist schön, hat einen Pool, einen überdachten Sitzplatz mit Grill und eine Lounge zum Verweilen. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war tadellos und immer stets freundlich. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa. La casa corrisponde pienamente alla descrizione. La posizione è ottima, a pochi km dalle spiagge e da Cagliari. Cosa ci è piaciuto particolarmente: - la casa è molto ben tenuta e assolutamente pulita - ampio frigorifero, fornello a gas con cinque fuochi - tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere - c'è una vasta scelta di pentole, padelle e tutte le stoviglie - la doccia esterna - l'ampio giardino – la piscina - internet/wifi assolutamente stabile. Mare e non solo

La comunicazione prima della vacanza è stata regolare. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e tutto ci è stato spiegato in tutta tranquillità. La casa è nuova, perfettamente pulita, c'era più che sufficiente di tutto (asciugamani, attrezzatura da cucina, ecc.) E tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionavano perfettamente. Siamo stati particolarmente contenti delle bevande fredde per grandi e piccini e dei dolci per la colazione. La casa è spaziosa, la terrazza la mattina è ombreggiata e la piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità. In 15 minuti di macchina si raggiungono molte spiagge belle e variegate. Ci vogliono circa 5 minuti di auto per raggiungere il supermercato più vicino, ottima frutta e verdura si trovano più vicino alla strada. La casa è molto curata e ti senti subito a tuo agio. Grazie mille per questo piccolo paradiso e ci piacerebbe tornare
