The spacious living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, is perfect for moments of relaxation. The garden is shared with the owner, who lives on the upper floor. Guests can still use it freely to sunbathe, have lunch or dinner outdoors, enjoying the pleasant lake climate.

Although secluded and quiet, the apartment is located near the most beautiful beaches of Manerba, the promenade with bars and restaurants, and just 1 km from the historic centre.
