Lovely Beach House for 4 persons within walking distance from the Beach

A cosy family holiday starts with a nice accommodation.
BLUE BEACH HOUSE is very quietly located, well away from other chalets, and a stone's throw from all facilities (playground, swimming pool, bowling, restaurant and supermarket). Our chalet is equipped to welcome 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). A cot can be added if necessary.
A spacious living area offers space for a sofa and the dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge (incl. freezer), oven, hob, coffee machine, plates and cutlery.
There are 2 bedrooms: the first has a double bed and wardrobe, the second a bunk bed.
The bathroom adjoins both bedrooms and is equipped with washbasin and walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine and drying rack.
The separate toilet is also next to the bedrooms.
On the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water of the pond opposite the chalet. The garden is well maintained and equipped with outdoor furniture.
In the garden shed there is room to store any bicycles.
Private parking is on the plot, just in front of the chalet.

Schöner Urlaub,schöne Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit unserem Kind. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß und unser Kind hat sich in seinem Zimmer sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war ausreichend sauber(Waschmaschine aber sehr gepflegt) und der Park war super. Die Schwimmhalle haben wir alle 2Tage genutzt. Die Umkleiden sind schon in die Jahre gekommen,aber da das Wasser und Luft sehr gut temperiert war,haben wir es sehr gerne genutzt. Einzig der Kontakt zum Vermieter ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es gab Unstimmigkeiten mit der Bettwäsche. Im Inserat steht,dass sie mit drin ist,bei der Vorabmail zur Anreise dann plötzlich für uns ein kleiner Schock,dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen müssen. Es gab dann einen kleinen Rabatt,aber es war trotzdem ärgerlich,wenn man von anderen Bedingungen ausgeht. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Haus und Park aber sehr wohlgefühlt und die Nähe zum Strand ist super!
