We love Cyprus but had to change our accommodation last minute due to circumstances beyond our control. We love the seacaves so just had to stay in that area.
The villa was OK, however very much on the basic side and looked a bit like it needed some investment, the pool was old and shoddy and there was no outdoor shower or parasols so no shelter from the sun. Inside, the villa was basic with little equipment in the cupboards, e.g no sharp knives, only one saucepan, limited crockery, bowls etc. The iron was old and the cord so short it didn't reach the end of the board and hairdryer not very powerful. The windows had no external shutters or internal blinds so very illuminated all the time. The bbq was also tiny with no means to light it. We had no TV either as we couldn't get it to work so a little bit disappointing for the kids.
So whilst the villa itself wasn't up to our usual standard, Fay the managing agent was. She was very helpful and came out to us several times to assist and was super helpful and responsive through our communications on WhatsApp. She also gave us some great recommendations for local eateries, so would highly recommend her services.
