Welcome to one of the most unique properties the Jersey Shore has to offer. Our 3,500 sqft cottage is near the river and beach, perfectly accessible to escape, relax, reset and reflect.

Built in 1884 and lovingly renovated, the cottage is located in a bustling and diverse residential neighborhood. 1.5 miles from Seven Presidents Beach: 30 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive. We do not advertise as being walking distance to the beach.

Our single-story cottage is perfect for multi-generational families or three couples vacationing together; comfortably accommodating up to (8) guests max.

Featured in Cottage & Bungalows Magazine, Coastal Living Magazine and Design*Sponge, the property has a distinctly curated style complimented by a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The cottage embodies a quirky, Americana design blending mid century modern, vintage and original historic details: 9' exposed wood beam ceilings in a variety of wood/colors, wide plank pine floors, 10 custom brick fireplaces and original lead glass windows in multiple designs.

Enjoy the unique hacienda-style layout, single-story (no interior stairs), roomy living spaces and three big bedroom suites which are individually accessed from the center Courtyard; much like a boutique motel.

Located just a short drive to the beach (1.5 miles), head down early to enjoy your coffee with the sounds of the waves or spend the whole day soaking up the sun.

Unwind with a cocktails around the Courtyard's propane firepit or gather in the spacious Great Room, for a game night, with comfy sofa and chairs.

Each Guest Suites is well-suited for a pleasant stay with comfy queen sized bed, luxury linens, down alternative comforter and cozy pillows, as well as attached, full bathrooms including toilet, sink, walk-in showers and bath linens.

The modern farmhouse-chic Kitchen features slate GE appliances, a 6' custom white oak slab island, large capacity refrigerator and fully stocked cabinets with kitchen essentials and panty staples.

PLEASE NOTE:
- This is the Hosts primary residence. Though the Host will vacate during your reservation, some personal property will remain during your reservation.

- For the safety of all Guests, there is a security camera recording the exterior parking area & exterior entrance. This camera will be on during your stay.

- A Gardener attending to landscaping, watering, trash pickup and general upkeep will visit 2x per week at the convenience of our guests.

- The house is located on a busy through-way and neighborhood intersection. We are located near the NJTransit train line. Street/vehicle/train noise may be experienced.

HOUSE RULES:
- Children allowed (Property is not baby or child proofed)

- Max guests: 8

- No events, gatherings or parties. This is not a party house & we take its use and condition very seriously.

- Entertaining "Visitors" (i.e. individuals not included in your confirmed reservation) is not permitted for any period of time. Visiting and/or overnight guests are not permitted or covered under your rental Agreement or Insurance Certificate.

- At check-out, the Booking Contact should be present to meet the Host and review the condition of the property prior to departure.

- Minimum age of primary renter: 25

- No fireplace use.

- No sponsored/commercial photoshoots or filming without prior approval.
