Ocean Spirit House is a beautiful holiday home just 1 minute from the
beach in the Vinyet area, with a community pool and private parking.

The house has a capacity of 8 guests. On the first floor there is the
living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a patio
for dining and a small private garden. On the second floor of the house
there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are towels and sheets for
your comfort.

If you are looking for space and not to be in the center but a little
more secluded in a very quiet and charming area, this is the ideal
house.

Arrival information:
* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
