Siamcourt villa has 4 bedrooms ,2 twin and 2 doubles,child beds and cots are also available. the swimming pool has a jaccuzzi. the villa is wheelchair friendly. it has a well equipped kitchen and under covered dining area all the bedrooms have cable tv,wifi deposit boxes.,baht bus and tuk tuk with driver are available 24 hours.siamcourt villa is very close to all major attractions ,beaches and restaurants.Siamcourt villa is ideal for family groups or friends sharing. we pride ourselves on service and cleanliness .We are proud to say we are the winners of certificates of excellence 4 years running and are rated number one in the area.We have an airport service and run many trips for our guests,should they require them.

Why they chose this property
Siamcourt villa is in a gated community ,the entrance being on the sukhumvit road so allowing easy access to the buses to take you to all the main attractions i.e.cartoon network amazone water park,floating market, dinosaur land,underwater world,mini Siam ,pattaya, sattahip, nong nooch gardens to name a few. Tescos and seven eleven is a 2 minute walk from the community entrance and open 24 hour. The village of bang saray is a 5 minute walk ,with bars ,restaurants,markets and shopping and a 10 minute walk to the seafront with a palm fringed beach and many excellent seafood restaurants. Bang saray has a selection of beaches and accessible islands to visit and offers all the watersports, fishing, snorkelling you would expect.THIS PROPERTY HAS A DISABLED RAMP AND THERE IS WHEEL CHAIR ACCESS TO BEDROOM, BATHROOM,SWIMMING POOL AND DINING OUT AREA.
What makes this property unique
Bangsaray is only 20 minutes from pattaya and hundreds of main attractions, 2 minutes to the cartoon network amazone waterpark and nong nooch garden. Our villa is part of a small community,on a new well maintained walled estate.The village is a 5 minute walk,so all the shops bars and restaurants are on the doorstep.the beach is a 10 minute walk,but a local bus runs from outside the walled estate to the beach.there are mant attractions close by.
