Great and beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms in the heart of Pattaya, for families and friends. Ideally located, just few minutes from the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Pattaya and Jomtien (about 5 minutes by taxi, scooter, tuk-tuk ...). Restaurants, bars, general stores available 24 hours a day nearby. Close to all amenities.
Quiet, in a superb villa residence secured 24/24. Free parking on site.

The villa has a beautiful private pool and a tropical garden.
Nice outdoor terrace with possibility to make a barbecue near the pool.
Large living room, open kitchen fully equipped (hob, oven, large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes ...).
Snooker, TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, safety box, air conditioner, desk, iron, washing machine…
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathrooms, 1 bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom. A sofa bed is available, which can be used as an extra bed.

We enjoyed the stay and the hosts were very helpful.

The stay was very nice and the hosts stayed up late to check us in. They even helped us arrange a pig roast at the unit. My only complaint would be that the unit does not have 3 bathrooms as represented. It has 2 bathrooms and an outside shower, No third sink or toilet. Also, it is hard to do dishes with no hot water at the kitchen sink.

I appreciate your remark about hot water in the kitchen, even if most of the time the température in Thailand is hot...we will add a heater. It take only 30 minutes to install it. The host were so nice and any issues were dealt with Right away Big house. Was very surprised how much the utilities were.ver clean place. The only issues we had were the distance from everything. Nothing in walking distance. Taxi wouldn't come to pickup or drop off because the narrow streets. So use the bolt app for transport. I would stay there again. utilities cost 4 days was almost what i

For guests don't want to walk; To moove from the villa you can use bolt or collectif taxi (tuktuk) or rent motorbike or bicycle. We will be very happy to hosting you again in one of our 8 villas at Pattaya.

Zu teuer und Strom kostet extra

Hallo, am Tag der Anreise wird man aufgefordert, eine Kaution von 8.000 Baht für den Strom zu bezahlen, da ich nicht genügend Baht bei mir hatte, bezahlte ich 200 Euro, dies wurde schriftlich festgehalten und unterschrieben. Am Tag der Abreise kam ein Teil vom Reinigungspersonal mit der Vorarbeiterin, sie legte mir einen Zettel hin, wo der Zählerstand notiert war, ich sollte insgesamt einen Betrag von 10.388 Baht bezahlen, nur für den Strom, den ich verbraucht haben soll. Das heißt, 200 Euro plus ca. 2.800 Baht, das sind zusätzlich 265 Euro nur für den Strom. Dies muss ausdrücklich bei der Buchung mit angegeben werden, da es nur einen Zähler gab, habe ich den gesamten Stromverbrauch inklusiv Kühlschrank und Swimmingpool (Pumpe läuft Tag und Nacht) bezahlt. Der aktuelle Strompreis in Pattaya liegt bei 3,6 Baht pro Einheit, der Vermieter wollte aber 7 Baht pro Einheit Abkassieren, nach einer langen Diskussion mit dem Personal, sollte ich dann zum Schluss 5,5 Baht bezahlen pro Einheit, dies ergab eine Summe in Euro von 208.33,– das sind bei 20 Tagen 10.41,– Euro pro Tag an Strom. So eine Unverschämtheit mit zusätzlichen Kosten habe ich bis jetzt in keinem Urlaub gehabt. Nun zu der Villa, die Villa war nicht so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird, die Bilder sind schon sehr alt, da die Villa sehr abgewohnt ist. Das schlimmste war, dass in der ganzen Villa kleine Ameisen waren, überall, in jedem Zimmer,selbst im Bett wurde man gezwickt. Bilder und Videomaterial stehen zur Verfügung.

Fotos können täuschen

Die gezeigten Fotos entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen und wirken wesentlich heller und die Räume werden größer dargestellt. Das Objekt ist bereits sehr alt. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war in Ordnung. Wir sind am 26.05.19 angereist und haben uns direkt nach Einchecken in dieses Objektes nach einem anderen Ferienhaus umgeschaut und sind somit am gleichen Tag umgezogen. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen. Nichts ist in direkter Nähe.

Sie sagen nicht die Wahrheit, unsere Villa wurde auf anderen Websites mit 9,7 / 10 und 4,8 / 5 bewertet. Die Fotos sind echt und das Haus ist nicht das, was Sie es beschreiben. Sie kamen mit einer Gruppe und waren nicht einverstanden, eine Villa zu mieten, einige zogen es vor, ins Hotel zu gehen. Sie blieben nicht einmal in der Villa. Ihr Kommentar ist lächerlich und beschämend

Excellent séjour de 3 semaines pour la famille !

La maison avec 4 chambres est propre et bien entretenue. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme et très sécurisé avec des caméras et des vigiles. Un service de taxi à 20 mètre de la résidence emmènera une famille de 8 personnes en 5 minutes au centre ville. Un très grand supermarché du style européen est situé à 5 minutes en taxi. Une piscine très propre, régulièrement entretenue, dont on profite pleinement tous les jours avec les 33 degrés en moyenne à Pattaya. Pour les touristes ne parlant qu'anglais et francais, le propriétaire francais avec sa femme parlant plusieurs langues pourront vous aider rapidement à tout instant. Pour les prochains séjours, nous y reviendrons certainement. A conseiller pour les familles !

Cette maison est très bien, située dans un quartier calme a 5 minutes du centre ville et de la walking street. La Residence est gardée et très bien entretenue, le personnel très sympathique,. Rien a dire si ce n'est qu'on y reviendra. Très bon rapport qualité prix. PS : pensez a ajouter le coût du ménage : 15% du Prix de la location (60 € supplémentaires)

Une précision, les 60 € sont des frais fixes de maintenance et d'entretien, ils incluent le ménage, le nettoyage des climatisations, l'entretien de la piscine et du jardin. Que du bonheur...!!!!!!!!!!

Quel agréable séjour dans cette villa, idéalement placée, bien équipé jusqu'au fer à repasser en passant par l'autocuiseur à riz et par le toasteur, c'est pour dire qu'il manque rien. Le personnel est agréable et efficace, le propriétaire étant sur place nous avons pus le rencontrer, quel agréable rencontre ce Thierry, d'une gentille monstrueuse, à l'écoute de ses locataires. 5 étoiles c'est effectivement court pour cette location, je mets 7 étoiles pour la villa et Thierry. Oui, j'y retournerais !

J'ai eu le plaisir de louer ma maison à Jo, Thierry, Sophie et Tony. Des personnes adorables qui je pense ont passés d'excellentes vacances a Pattaya. Je suis heureux d'avoir pû les conseiller dans leurs sorties et ils me l'ont bien rendu en étant les plus charmants locataires possibles.
