Excellent apartment, completely renovated, a few steps from Ondarreta and La Concha beaches. Stands out for its fantastic location, as well as for all the amenities it offers guests. Includes parking space and WiFi.



It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a living room-kitchen. The bed distribution is as follows:



Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 150 cms wide and a full bathroom

Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90 cms wide

The other bathroom is located in the hallway that connects the bedrooms with the living room-kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances, tableware, and varied cutlery.



The apartment is located just 170 metres from Ondarreta Beach and 200 metres from La Concha Beach. The walking distance to the Old Town is about 20 minutes, which becomes a pleasant walk crossing La Concha Bay.



Regarding the apartment parking space, it is located 500 metres (5 minutes walking) and is large enough to park any type of vehicle.

Nice appartement with a private parking space

Spacious only 3 minutes to the Ondarreta Beach by football. About 30 Minute walk to the Old Town along the shore. Supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Private parking in a garage about 5 minutes away.

Terrific location, not many supplies in apartment

Enjoyed the location a lot as easy access to beach, shops, public transportation and Hop On/Hop Off bus. Appliances great, layout worked well. However, only one towel provided per person so difficult to juggle use w/beach and showers. Not sure why key can't be provided at the room vs separate stop? Kitchen supplies sufficient except no basics like salt and pepper, paper towels, etc. and only one laundry tab provided.

Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et nous avons trouvé l'appartement spacieux, propre et adapté à nos besoins.Très bonne emplacement avec une ligne de bus au pied de l'appartement qui dessert le centre rapidement.Petit avec le garage pour la voiture qui nous rend serein.Nous recommandons cette appartement sans soucis.

Magnífico, muy bonito y limpio. Muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos de la playa de la Concha., Ondarreta, monte Igeldo, etc. Lo único un poco incomodo es la ubicación del parking.

Exactly as advertised!

This was possibly the best stay we had on our entire trip. The apartment was very clean and modern. The spacious size was ask nice for three adults. We were able to cook and feel at home in the modern kitchen. Honestly this unit is as lovely as the pictures. The parking was a little far but still free. The host answered every question quickly and was super polite. The location is not only right in front of the bus stop but also next to the beach. There are many fantastic cafes and stores within walking w. We will definitely return for another vacation!

Stay at Kimu San Sebastian

Fantastic new apartment , very clean and very modern with 2 bathrooms which suited us as a family of four perfectly. Towels and linens provided so that was fab too. Just a minutes walk from Ondarreta beach and close to lots of bakeries and coffee shops as well as a few bars. All provisions including cutlery, dishes provided and had a dishwasher and washing machine which was great with an outdoor area to dry it all. Only a 20 minute walk from old Town which had access to pinxtos bars and Gelatarias. One of the best holidays as a family we have had in Spain and also a fabulous apartment. Whether it’s lying in the beach, dining out or sightseeing , San Sebastián has it all. Fantastic location for a fantastic city!

Modern apartment in an excellent location

This apartment is very modern with a lot of great amenities. I picked up my keys at the Basque stay office. The PDF that was sent to me with information about the parking and location of the apartment was very descriptive with photos and extremely helpful. From the apartment you can walk to the Ondarreta beach (it is steps from it) and there is a taxi stop and bus stop a few steps away. The bedrooms are spacious and the living room, kitchen area is very open. The apartment has a washer and drying clothes rack, which was very helpful. This apartment was a great find.
