Villa Rosyiano is a beautiful villa with private  Pool located in the municipality of Catania, characterized by numerous laurel trees that border a beautiful and artistic Via Crucis made by the famous ceramist of Caltagirone G. Cultrera. The villa is situated in a strategic position from which it is possible to reach in a short time both the Etna and the historical center of Catania (4 Km).

11 km from Catania airport FONTANAROSSA, 50 km from TAORMINA and 30 km from ETNA and 9 km from Playa de Catania beach.

Villa Rosyiano is located on the ground floor of the villa,it is totally private and independent you only share the entrance with the owners.

The house consists of:

- a double bedroom with terrace view

- a bedroom with a double sofa bed

- a kitchen / living room equipped with a double sofa bed pool and garden view

- a bathroom with a shower

-a large outdoor area with private pool, decorated with beautiful mosaics and surrounded by exotic trees and laurels, with relaxing corners and solarium with deck chairs.

- a terrace with barbecue

The house is located in a strategic point, and in a small district of Catania, characterized by villas with garden. Within 1 km there are 2 nearby shopping centers, L 'IPERFAMILA and KATANE', where you can enjoy shopping! 'there are several bakeries, pizzerias and hairdressers to always stay at the top even in your moments of relaxation. Also just 15 minutes away is the largest theme park and aquatic of Sicily ETNALAND.

The swimming pool is opened all the year.

The area is some way from the centre of Catania and a bit of a warren. Once through the front gate, though, we found a very nice appartment and a lovely private garden and pool. A nice retreat for a few days.

Séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cette villa, Les propriétaires ont été adorable et nous ont même offert des pâtisserie local durant notre séjour. Ils sont au dessus mais très discret et la piscine et le jardin sont entièrement pour la locataire. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Un sejour agréable avec une belle piscine

La communication avec Francesca était très bien. A notre arrivée, elle nous a accueilli avec le sourire, son papa s’appliquait à nettoyer la piscine parfaitement. Le logement est comme sur la photo. Il etait propre. Le jardin avec la piscine est très bien entretenu. La piscine est très belle. C’est un plus pour la location. Nous avons dormi dans le sofa qui n’est malheureusement pas très confortable mais suffit en appoint pour des jeunes enfants. L’ajout de quelques couverts supplémentaires seraient un plus. Le logement est assez bien situé pour visiter la région. Un séjour d’une semaine parfaitement reussi. Merci Francesca pour ton acceuil, et merci aussi à ton papa et ta maman pour leur sourire et sympathie (et aussi pour les glaces)

Lovely pool

Our children loved the pool which is deep and set in a small garden with terracotta pots all around it. The area is quiet and close to the airport and was easy to find. There's also plenty of parking close by. Thanks Francesca and Valentino!
