Our property is cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.

The lounge gives you an attractive and relaxing place to kick back. There’s a dining table that sits four, and a large and comfortable sofa and footstool in front of a large TV.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it.
No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
